The Daedalus is an amazing concept. But also very expensive to build and collect the fuel needed. This is an actual ship concept. It is unmanned and would support itself by computer. Caretaker units. This thing would also be very hard to get into orbit for assembly.This things size is about two times taller than the US capital building. Imagine looking up at it.
