Life's been pretty normal for me except for the fact that I'm drowning in schoolbooks atm. I've slowly but surely been making progress on one of my refs for your RP.

Speaking of, what would you think if I had a snobby, spoiled prince character for #DragonHeartRP ? Kinda like Raven but younger and a lot worse. I think it'd be fun to have a problemsome character for once, but I don't know if it'd drive you or others to insanity.

I think we could use a bratty/snobby character, he sounds interesting. My character for the humans side is a bit serious and a warrior so they might clash xD

Yeah school can really take it outta ya, I only have 3 credits to get and I graduate

@Fading, dunno lol. It's really handy to pick it apart and find any mistakes.

@Blood I'm glad you take your time trying to perfect your paintings. A lot of people don't try to do that, and it's what makes their art unpopular. It's practice and true interest in art that makes people worthy of attention, but many lack it. Your art is always so good and constantly improving, and I think it's because of those qualities in you.

Yeah I know a lot of artists complain about their art and just keep doing the same thing over and over, they don't expand their horizons and don't typically take criticism well. I on the other hand study others art, either by just looking or watching the playback. I also use different references and techniques to improve. Ehh it's hard but I've seen how my art improves and it makes me happy. It also helps to have inspirations like you, @Kjumper, @Shadow. It helps drive me to do better and push myself.

@Fade I've gotta do my science project tomorrow x(

@Blood: Yeah, the analyzation of other artists is definitely one of my main inspirations. Kjumper and Shadow have been big inspirations to me ever since I met them, and as of recently, you've been one to me as well. Sometimes seeing too much amazing art discourages me though, because I become overwhelmed by ther perfection and forget that it takes practice to get to that point. XD

@Turtlee: Oh no, so you're gonna miss some of it! I understand your distress. D: What time in the day do you have to do it?

@Fading: It all takes practice and patience sometimes, some people don't see that/realize it, they spend so much time seeing art that's better than theirs and feel discouraged and give up. I get like that sometimes but I always remember its practice and experience that gets you there.

Definitely. I try my best to encourage other artists to see that, but it's hard when there are artists out there that are south better than them. I understand it though - I used to think that I'd never be as good as Kjumper, but now I'm catching up, or at least I'm at her level when I had that thought.

I need to practice fur more, but dragons are soooo much fun to draw!

I know, right? I can relate with both of those. X'D But you're pretty good at fur already, you've got the hang of it and have the endurance to draw a million clumps of it on each canine that you draw. TuT

Hahah yeah, I learned it from watching her tutorial on thick fur, but I kind of made it into my own fur thing. Detailing fur is still a pain though, I have a few Yuki pics I want to do, but 8 tails and all that fur makes me want to pitch my DS across the room. I swear this thing won't last much longer x'D

My first dragon was Soryn, I did a few doodlies before him, but he is my first true dragon, I actually created him this year x'D

Dragon has been one of my first imaginary creatures I've ever draw I call him the King or the the first but I'm guessing I was somewhere around 5 when I draw him x3 and I still hold true to those traits of adding gems to my dragons haha I never color him but I know what colors he is I always imagine him been gold with red gems xp I should draw him on here and color him.

I know now that I'm terribly wrong now, but to me I believed she was too sophisticated to talk on normal terms. I now see that I've become like that myself, and I'm afraid that people who don't personally know me will think that same way about me.

I didn't think that at all, hmmm, I thought it was beautiful how she wrote, made me want to do better. I typically don't think of others as stuck up.

@Blood: Everybody is like that some time in their life. I've practiced using big words so much now that I'll throw them into ordinary conversation without a second thought and not mess up. Just like with drawing, it's really a matter of practice and repetition.

@Fading: Ah I see, if I rush though or am in a hurry, I can't form sentences. Sometimes just regular speaking makes me mess up.

The only thing I get annoyed with is when people type slow, I am too fast for my own good and very impatient in roleplay's. It's taken a lot of patience for me to be in SKeys x'D

I get Jealous over good art, but I just try and push myself harder each time. I love the way I've been doing Zeharu lately

@Blood: I'm like that too. That's why I spend ten to fifteen minutes on every comment I write. X'D I'm just a fussy perfectionist.
I guess I really like using descriptive words because, with tools like those, I can make a picture so much bigger and brighter than I ever would be able to do with ordinary conversational words.

@Blood: I try my best to type fast, but sometimes my mind doesn't work right or I'm fussing over getting my punctuation, spelling, and wording correct. Even when I don't bother about them, I still can't beat you in speed. X'D

I have a ton of story, but there all in my head.
But I would like to one day now. Maybe even turn Skeys into a book series, but to be honest I can't think of SKeys the same anymore not like my old story, I love the one that we all are making together. ^-^

@Lilly: Eh, probably until the summer. I'm in a couple classes that are meant for students above my own grade, and my tutors like lots of homework. I've also got parts in two different plays which we will begin rehearsing on starting January, so I'll be even less active then. xP

@Shadow: That would be so cool! You'd have to get everybody's permission to have their characters in it, of course. I'd help you with cover art too if you need it, but I'm sure you'd do a great job already. ^v^

You know, we were talking about making SKeys into a video game or anime... one of my friends called me on the phone yesterday, saying that he and his friends are making a company like RoosterTeeth--the makers of RWBY, my favorite anime--but their animator switched over to the soundtrack, so he was asking me if I was interested in being the animator. After thinking about it, I figured an anime would be easier to make than a video game, and it seems animating might be in my future now. How would you guys feel about that?

Eira-Christina Ricci (Voice actor of Cynder in DOTD)

Terra- Andrew Clarke from The Breakfast Club. (I absolutely love that movie.)

On another note, I just got back from the best opera I have ever seen. Surprising, I know, but it was actually really great.

I'm not a fan of opera, I would probably fall asleep during it if you ever somehow, in some miracle got me to actually go to one. I'd rather die than attend one lol, it's all preference in the end though.

@Blood: Lol, I don't blame you. The majority of operas out there are dark and tragic. This one was totally different though - it was full of laughs and humor but still had the outstanding singing and acting. After watching it, my opinion of operas changed.

Well he will be Dark Catch until the seal on him is removed and that won't happen until he meets Victoria... but this is his first night as a moonblood and a Nightmare so he just more cheerfully crazy, the longer he in this form the better he will be able to control himself, but nights still will be fun for him as a moonblood (Oh and if someone can keep his attention span he very talkative and very honest X'p he will probably tell you about anything even stuff he doesn't even know )

@Galaxy: Ooh, that's a neat trick! It doesn't work for my phone though, which is where the scrolling becomes a pain. xP When on my laptop, I just drag the scroll bar to the bottom of its column.

@Fading oh.. Okay :P I use my phone too (Though I have an Apple iPhone so it's probably different) and usually there's a blue arrow to tap to get to the bottom. But at least you've got the laptop X)

@Galaxy: I've got an apple iphone too, but it's an older generation, so it probably doesn't have that feature yet. Oh well. Thanks for the tip! :D
