Okay just wanted to say that this new console that just got announced looks really interesting. I mean we still gotta wait for the details and stuff but I´m already hyped.

Same. I'm not the person who gets hyped for consoles, but this one looks awesome.

Yeah, I almost wasn't sure if the rumors about the NX being a hybrid were possible, but dang it looks impressive! ^o^

Here's to hoping the battery life isn't a problem, because it looks top-notch otherwise

Hopefully they'll let you buy seperate parts too. Losing parts is a huge possibility.

Dude. I felt the same way. For me, getting one is a "maybe," but its gameplay, functionality and portability definitely caught my attention! ; D

@ nya:
I think I know what you mean. Console reveals are usually like "Here´s pretty much our current console but better" or "check out this wierd gimmick". Meanwhile, I want to know what kind of games it has.
This time, the console reveal itself was really cool tho.
@WolvenRelic:
Man, that would be so awesome. I feel like Nintendo fans are the right type of audience for this game.

@everyone:
Yeah things like battery life, lost/broken parts and maybe specs and game lineup are also concerns of mine but as a concept, it´s just really cool. Let´s just see if and how Nintendo can make it work.

The console looks pretty awesome! And the ability to take it on the go is just really cool (I know we could with Gameboys but this is a big step up!) I've actually always wanted a console on the go xD But I am really excited to see the kind of games this thing will get! From the looks of it, with Skyrim and Basketball, that they may just be winning back their third-party support!

I really like the simplicity of it. I don't see anything too gimmicky which is a good sign. I mean yeah, it's portable, but it doesn't really take away from the experience much of what the Wii u gamepad, I felt, kind of did.

the click noise was oddly satisfying
too satisfying
but the design is so cool and interesting and creative

Nintendo saw a laptop and was just like, "Let's make that, but cooler."
I mean, from the looks of it, the handheld is the ENTIRE console - more or less - and just has TV compatibility.

I'm on the hype train too.
I've never been hyped for a console before. This is new.

I agree.
I REAAAAALLY hope the batteries for the "portable version" will be ok. Because the Gamepad's batteries were...
Terrible???
I can't wait to see more. I think I'm gonna sell my wiiU for a NX lol

Can't wait to see the specs for this beast. I think that will be the deciding factor for me.

@Witzke:
That´s what I´m hoping for too. I really hope that it sells enough so that developers actually want to make games for it, so that the third party support doesn´t fizzle out like it did with the WiiU.
@Saltwick:
Yeah, I mean, it didn´t take anything away from the games, for me at least. But I always felt like there wasn´t really a clear concept behind it and it just confused people. I think more people bought the WiiU despite the gamepad than because of it.

@XervetalYneas:
It really fits too! I kinda hope this is the sound you hear when booting up the console and in commercials for Switch-games.
*click*
Spyro-Ex:
More like an iPad but for gamers, with controllers and tv-compatibility.
@Frasier:
I hope it´s just slightly lower than Xbone or something. I mean, it has to accomodate for being a handheld.

@nya:
Sadly the NX doesn´t seem to be backwards compatible and I really like most of my WiiU games.
Otherwise I´d think about doing that too.

Hated how the entire video focused so much on the :carry it anywhere.click.resume playing on big screen.click..repeat clickClickCLICK!
-ALRIGHT ALREADY! It's a hybrid system, we get it! What else does it do?.. click!
Really hope they'll reveal some neat features soon
because as it stands, it just seems like a 'higher end' tablet that plays Ninty games...
*Odd to say when it doesn't even appear to have a camera.
Bad enough the design isn't unique from wiiu. :U
Definitely looking forward to 3rd party support though.
