Sorry I haven't been posting lately. Surprisingly, the reason for my absence was actually because I didn't update my 3DS for a long time. During the time I missed, I think I have a way to properly do that art style I've been nudging for some time!

Again, about the Gambler Project, or as you guys know it, #AstVersus. For those of you who aren't aware of it, I'll brief you in. It's a comic I designed to get some content off my chest for a series I've been dragging on. Contestants from the Colors community were categorized and selected at random to face off in a ? on ? duel [Haha, no more spoilers till the next page]. Anyway, my apologies to @DarkAvian and @ReshiramPit and the other four contestants (hint hint *lifts eyebrows creepily). I am gonna need more time, however, I will have improved my technique-
Lyra: "Hoohaha, technique? I don't see the skill."
Me: "If it's your portrait, I agree with you."
Lyra: "Ha, lol, see? Even you- HEEEY!!"
As I was saying, the prizes should be more worth while with time.
One last thing... I hope you two main contestants are cheering on your representative characters. If you don't, you'll... well, not win. That was the first thing I mentioned, y'know. I won't dwell on it.

Hey Ast! Lyra's body structure actually looks really good, I think you've improved on it! Not to mention sides are hard to do. Nice!

Re: No one knows what his real intentions may be xD King Ghidorah is a classic Godzilla monster. I think all Godzilla monsters are Kaiju. Hm, actually what is a Kaiju considered...Well now I have to do research XD

Actually, its supposed to be a razor blade, but I ended up drawing it weird thanks the the odd angling. He uses it to cling to walls, and on some occasions, gore his opponents.
Angular drawing can be difficult, but I am determined to master it!

Hey, you put up a comment pertaining to the subject we were discussing, so I'd say it counts. And yes, it was quite worth the read; it's nice when you can have that experience where you create something and aren't sure what to do with it, but then continue to revisit it and make further developments until it finds a purpose and grows to be its own thing. Kind of like raising a child, in a way.
