Viallil, the Phial Pokemon. The fluid inside Viallil is highly toxic. If it falls over, its short legs mean it cannot right itself alone, and it will leak itself dry.
Crucimille, the Cauldron Pokemon. Crucimille wander in search of ingredients to add to its poisonous brew. If it overflows, it hurriedly tries to scoop its contents back up.

and maybe for abilities.. how about stench, poison touch, poison heal, or toxic boost?? :-o
