So... Harley's allowed. Yay. So, I tweaked his design, and got to thinking... Should I make him a member of the main group, or should I make him part of the marauders, like Vendetta? I'm thinking marauders, his design strikes me more as a villain, but I dunno. Onto the character fun facts:

Harley is afraid of cats.
The reason for his jester like appearence is unknown.

He claims to have beaten Pac in chess once, but Pac doesn't remember that.

His pink hair is natural.

He is slightly short for his age.

He can speak 3 languages.

Can play the violin.

He did not become a thief out of nessesity.

He vehemently denies Pac's alleged immortality.

"Harley" is not his real name

He is allergic to alcohol.

His penultimate goal is to become king of a country, but not through assassination, as he only kills as an absolute last resort.

That doesn't mean he's afraid to beat people to within an inch of their lives.

He can't swim.
