I'll be honest, this was originally a vent I made yesterday, but I went to therapy today and I feel a lot better, so I reworked it a little bit to look less dramatic.
It's still pretty rough looking, but oh well. xD
But yeah, therapy went great today!! Talked about lots of stuff! Thanks for hanging in there with me, guys!! Sorry if I scared any of you last night, I'm okay now, please don't worry!

I know I'll have my down days - it's gonna happen again at some point and I can't stop that - but it helps to know you guys are supportive of me and care so much.

Eyyyy, I'm so happy to hear you're feeling better!! I was hoping your therapy session would help. Did they get down to business this time? Did you talk about a lot of your problems?
You saw what I said after last night, right? I am definitely not mad at all, I'm glad you came to me to let your emotions out. Don't forget I am here if you ever feel the need to talk to someone. I check my messages often

i am very glad to hear about this, therapy is after all meant to help guild you to the path of well being. what ever was bothering you I am very sorry you had to bare that but as a reminder I am still very open to hearing you out in anything that happens to be of any bother. make sure you take things slow, you are doing your best and I am happy for you !
