I think the reference is the book she is holding in her hand.
It reads "THE UNREQ". Now what could that mean? Well, if i recall correctly, she made a post a while back saying a new chapter is out. Seeing as Oki is also an author, it wouldn't be surprising if she snuck a few easter eggs here and there.

Thus the easter egg has been (most likely) found. The 3rd chapter was named 'The Unrequited' and if you fill in the blanks, the reference is referring to the 3rd chapter named "The Unrequited"
