Born in a foreign country, he was given away to work as a child laborer at a near by port town. None of the money he earned went to him but to his family. Conditions were tough and after almost drowning and being forced to work despite his condition, he ran away by boarding a ship set to leave the country. He was found by a cabin boy by the name of Khan who instead of making his presence known, help him through the voyage. At the first stop that the ship took, Casmyan thanked Khan and left ship. He became a recluse for 2 years, hunting for his meals in the wild before slowly easing into society again. At this time, he believes his family is dead and he can't say he cares much about it. He became an assassin and torturer for hire before joining the mafia.
Until he is needed he is often lounging about.
He hides his birthmark by using scarves, long neck shirts, bandanas and the like. He doesn't have a weapon of choice aside from a mace they only use for more..brutal killings.
