Just a reminder, Jaune's confidence is a facade. He was taught by Warrick to "Appear weak when strong, and strong when weak." That's why he comes off the way he does.

In reality, his mental state isn't...really all that healthy. His thoughts are destructive. He believes that his narcissism will give him some sort of validation from people.
