Maldius grabs his head with one paw, his body tensing up as the intense ringing sounds in his head again. //Aaauugh, it hurts so much... but I need to know... what else have I forgotten...? ... It feels like I'm slipping away...//

Ivy glided over the building near the royal palace in Solaris before landing carefully in the market area. Looking around, she shrugged and returned to the cafe where she'd eaten with Mac a short while ago, hoping to get a drink.

{Vitis looks up at the dark dragon.}"Hey, you ok there?"

(Alright I'm back!)

Noxaura turned and made her way towards the infirmary. Walking inside the pulled out many familiar materials to tend to the re-opened wounds.

(Also I need to switch over to online since I'm leaving now, If that's alright with all of you.)

( @Griff That's fine :p )

Scratch grinned, not noticing Maldius' odd behavior. "Would you all like to mess around with these sad, pathetic Aqualam dragons?" He asked Vitis, Maldius and Blackice misdcheviously.

Mac limped and followed Nox. He sat down on the floor, curling his tail around his legs. He watched what Nox was doing quietly.

"Make it stop... I can't stand it..." Maldius growls quietly, almost unable to hear the voices of his allies over the incessant ringing in his head.

Noxaura turned to Mac. "Can you tell me everywhere you're hurt and what injuries you have please?" She spread out the medical supplies before her and began selecting a few medicines.

Ivy hummed a tune to herself as she ordered a coffee from the waiter and left with it, ignoring his further attempts to flirt with her. Still humming, she wandered through the streets with the scalding drink in her clawed paw. //It's quite different here compared to Chrysos,// she mused.

{Vitis grins in response to Scratch's question.}"Sure, what did you have in mind?"{He then turns to Maldius.}"Make what stop? What's wrong?"

(Here for a bit, but I'll have to use online if that's alright. xP
@Lilly: Have you and @Shadow finished your discussion, or shall I wait another week?)

(Hey @Fade, glad you could make it, even if it's for a short while :P)

( @Fade About sending Ice to fetch Mael? We figured we'd go for it, but unfortunately I don't think Shadow will be on until later today :c I'd be more than happy to just continue with Sherry and Mael though.)

( @Griffin: Thanks! I think I should be able to stay for a while, but my replies will be slow. xP)

Scratch grinned again. "I was thinking we could dress up as Aqualam dragons and cause some trouble." He grumbled as realizing how Maldius was acting. "Your sending of some bad vibes in my mind, man."

( @Lilly: Alrighty then! I'll have to quickly look at the last RP session to recall were we left off.)

( @Fade lol, I had to do the same XP )

Mac, still watching her, answered. "I have one or two broken ribs, and alot of minor bruises and cuts. Anddd I'm still missing a leg, and if you could magically give me another one, that would be great." He said jokingly.

Ivy was just sitting on a park bench somewhere, sipping her coffee and watching the clouds overhead.

{Vitis nods to Scratch.}"I like how you think, but I'll do you one better. We should disguise ourselves as Chrysos dragons and cause trouble here in Solaris. Did you see how that crowd nearly tried to kill each other over whether or not Chrysos could be trusted? I say we play with that fear."

Maelstrom continued to soar toward the Aquilam capital with Sherry on his back, his massive wings pumping air below him for better acceleration. They had made very little progress in reaching Solaris, especially when the newcomer Wyvrick literally ran into them. Maelstrom glanced back at the cautious dragon with a snort as he flew.

The dark purple dragon moans, bringing his other paw to his head as his tail twitches with pain. "The noise..." he mutters quietly, mumbling some other words too quiet to understand.

"That sounds even better! I'll just find something to throw over my missing wings. Maybe a shawl or cloak." Scratch turned to Maldius. "Does that sound fun, Maldius? Eh, Mal? Maldy-Boy? Maldiussss?"

Noxaura picked up some bandages and wraps and quickly began tending to all the scratches. "I'll need you to sit up so I can wrap this around your torso." She looked down at his missing leg. "Sadly I can't do anything about that."

Wyvrick's eyes anxiously darted around as he followed behind Xzar. They froze when he was suddenly met with a glance from the orange-ish dragon.
He slowed his pace a little, wanting to avoid any more collisions.

{Vitis turns his full attention to Maldius.}"Hey! Maldius! Snap out of it!"

Sherry hums a little tune as she sits atop Xzar, occasionally leaning slightly over to look down. She then looks over to Wyvrick, smiling, "Sooo, Mister! Are you from Aquilam?"

Mac sat up, standing on his hind legs. He stood as still as possible, so he didn't loose his balance. He slightly spread his wings so she could wrap the bandages around his rib area.

{Upon arriving at Solaris, Ardens begins to make his way towards the palace. On his way there, he notices Ivy in a nearby park. //Hmm, she's still here. Why? I know she's not working for Maldius, but why is she here?// Ardens decides to approach her.}"So, you're still here? And where's your little friend?"

Wyvrick quickly glanced up at Sherry, "Yes, I am. In fact, I grew up in Solaris." He quickly answered.

Crowley was perched on one of the tall spires around the royal palace, lazily watching the large dragon approaching the capital.

Ivy peered at Ardens over the rim of her coffee cup, recognising him from before. 'Oh, it's you. Do you make a habit of walking up to people and being nosy?' she asked with a hint of annoyance.

Standing up, Maldius shakes his head almost violently, as if to shake the sound out of his mind. After a brief pause, the dark dragon lets out a sigh. "... There... It's fading now..." he mumbles, turning to Vitis and Scratch, "What were you saying? I could barely hear you over the horrible ringing noise."

Noxaura quickly but gently wrapped the cloth sturdily around Mac's chest. "That should prevent anymore serious damage, but I'd suggest you'd visit someone who can help heal your ribs with magic." She smiled slightly before looking over him one more time then handing Mac a few herbs. "For any pain."

{Vitis gives a quick glance to Scratch before looking back at Maldius.}"Ringing? What ringing?"

{Ardens smirks in response to Ivy.}"Only to people who look out of place. Why are you still here, and where is the little wingless one?"

"Alright." Mac said, smiling at her. "Thanks for the help." He fell back on all four legs, and looked to the exit. "So, what are you ding now?"

Ivy glared at Ardens. 'That's none of your business, but if you MUST know, he's probably still with Maldius. And I'm here because I was helping a certain handsome young dragon get back home when he was too injured to fly properly. Does that satisfy your curiosity?'

(Ardens, Nox, Ivy, and Mac should have a dinner party lol)

Noxaura looked down at the remaining supplies. "I need to patch myself up then go talk to the new king." She reached out for a clean set of bandages, hiding any reactions to the pain as she did so.

"That's cool! I'm from Wyvane! Have you ever been there? Miss Queen Pherial is really nice!" Sherry squeaks in reply.

Maldius curls his tail around himself, folding his wings close to his sides. "I heard a sharp ringing sound while it felt like my head was going to split in half just now... I assume I am the only one who heard it?"

(Turtle) Pfff. XD

{Arden's slighty amused expression drops.}"Maldius? You two ran into Maldius and lived? Well, assuming that's not a lie, that's rather impressive. If you really did run into that monster, can you tell me where he is now?

(Wait, wasn't Ardens in the fortress with Ivy and Casta at one point? As the Necromancer?)

( @Turtlee That's a wonderful idea. I doubt anyone would like the food though, as it's bound to get covered in salt. XD)

{Vitis gives a worried look.}".........Yeah........you sure you're ok? Ringing in the ears can be a bad sign."

"I've never crossed the Aquilam border." Wyvrick shook his head.
"Wyvrane is quite far from here... How long have you been traveling?"

( @Radiant Yes, but, because he can't let anyone know that he runs around in the dead of night raising corpses, he feigns ignorance to any information he came across as the Necromancer.)

"Huh." Mac said, thinking for a second. "Whenever they get a chance, we should discuss our little Maldius problem with Ardens and the King. I have someone I'd like to introduce to you all who would be great help to us."

Ivy huffed in exasperation. 'His fortress was destroyed when I escaped with a dragon named Nanashi. I have no idea where he is now. Sadly, that also means I have no idea how to rescue Casta...' She fell into a brooding silence, staring at the dregs of her coffee.

"Yes, it'd be best to put our heads together on that matter." Noxaura quickly began replacing her older bandages with new ones and placing medicine on her deeper wounds.

"Well, Adrianne and I had been traveling for a while, but I've only met Mister Xzar just today." The sunny little dragonet pauses a moment before asking, "Would you like to come to Wyvane with us, Mister Wyvrick? You could see Chrysos for the first time!"

Ardens:"So, the purple fruit got his fortress destroyed by this Nanashi character and ran away with your friend in tow? So then, I assume you're here to try to find help in locating him?"

Wyvrick let out a short sigh, "I have to stay here, I'm still in training."
He honestly had never thought of traveling to Chrysos. Learning to use his magic was his priority, but the thought of traveling piqued his curiosity.
"Maybe I'll visit when my training is finished?"

'That would be lovely, but right now I don't have any leads as to where they are,' Ivy sighed. 'And I don't suppose you're going to help.' She drank the last of her coffee and tossed the empty paper cup down a nearby drain.

Ardens:"Well, I would if I could, but I don't have any information on that monster either. But, if you do get any leads, please do come tell me or the king. After all, taking him on alone wouldn't be a good idea."

Maldius rubs his forehead with his paw gently, noting as the faint ringing completely fades to silence. "I think I am fine... what does the ringing signify? Do you know?"

Sherry smiles and nods to Wyvrick. "That sounds fun! Hey, when you come down, I can show you around the city!"

Ivy rolled her eyes and climbed down from the park bench. 'I'll keep that in mind,' she said, despite not liking Ardens very much. 'In return, you'd better tell me immediately if YOU find any clues.'

{Vitis observes Maldius closely.}"Well, all the people I've known got the ringin' when they got hit in the head and suffered brain damage. As I recall, the doc called it a "contusion" or somethin' like that. Have you been hit in the head recently?"

"Deal."{Ardens says to Ivy while nodding his head.}"But, in order to inform you, I'll need to know where you'll be."

(Gah, I'm gonna have to go. I might be back a bit later...

"Hit on the head? ... No, I don't think I have..." The dark purple dragon ponders for a moment, trying to remember if he's received a blow to the head recently, to no avail. "... Although... I did forget Maelstrom's name just moments ago..."

'Oh, I'll probably be around here most of the time,' Ivy replied. 'I'm staying at the hotel just over there, Macgyver gave me a free pass for it. Speaking of which, do you know where he is?'

(Does anyone know what the current time is? I completely lost track over the last few RPs. XD)

( @Radiant I think it's morning/afternoon, I'm not sure, either XD )

{Vitis frowns}"Well, memory loss is also a thing that happens to people who've been hit on the head. Maybe you were, but you just can't remember. If this is getting to be a problem, maybe we should skip the mayhem making and just go home for the day."

{Ardens begins to walk away.}"I was actually about to go see him. If I had to guess, I'd say the palace."

(Aww, alright @Radiant.)

Maldius lets out a disappointed sigh, turning to look at his red, wingless servant. "... What do you think, Scratch? You've become awfully quiet."

(Aw okay @Radiant )

Ivy smirked and set off after Ardens. 'Well, why don't I accompany you then? We can go see him together.'

"Fine with me."{Ardens replies to Ivy as he takes flight and heads to the palace.}

Ivy gave pursuit, keeping a little behind and to the left of Ardens.

"So many shiny objects...." Scratch said silently.

Maldius tilts his head, looking at Scratch curiously. "... What?"

{Vitis gives a confused look to what Scratch had just said.}"What? How is that even slightly relevant to the problem at hand?"

"Beautiful objects..." Scratch said. "A shady looking dragon is trading a golden, diamond-encrusted switchblade for treasure with another dragon. It appears to be cursed, the trader is thinking about how he's fooling his customer. A mother smiles over a beautiful golden and silver pot as her dragonet pulls on her tail, whining about something." The old dragon lists treasures he sees with his mind, and it almost looks as if he's drooling. "All so stealable... They'd never suspect a thing.... An old, wingless, blind dragon asks for change, but leaves with something more than a few pennies... hah."

(BRB, going to make some hot chocolate and then I'll be back on my DS.)

Narrowing his eyes slightly, the dark dragon slams his paw on Scratch's tail. "Scratch! I'm talking to you! Stop drooling over useless objects."

{Vitis, still confused, begins to speak to Scratch.}"Look, I love gold and jewels as much as the next guy, but what are you getting at?"

( @Radiant Oh hot chocolate, yummy)

( @Turtlee Exactly where is Mac right now?)

Griffin: Hot chocolate is a necessity right now, it's effing freezing over here)

Scratch flinches and directs his attention to them, his tail flopping up and dow. "I'ts not relevant to your headaches, but I am trying to get at something." The red dragon states. "Treasure is awfully useful in this world. Dragons will do almost anything for a shiny object or two. We could get dragons to give services for us if we give them valuable objects. We can make these pathetic magic worms useful, give them what they want to get what we want. And there is no greater their in Lycra than me."

( @Turtlee Ok, thanks.){Ardens lands and heads through the palace, looking for Mac. After asking a guard, he heads to the infirmary.}"Mac? Are you here."

//Oh... so he actually was making a point...// Maldius releases Scratch's tail, thinking for a moment. "You have a good point... Would you care to stay here and 'acquire' some objects we could use to our advantage?"

Ivy followed Ardens, vaguely wondering what he wanted to talk to Mac about.

(Griffin: It's October and it's still warm where you are?)

"Yes! I'm here." Mac answered.

"My pleasure." Scratch said.

Noxaura turns to look at the new company in the infirmary. Keeping her head low she finished tending to her wounds and began returning the medical supplies to their rightful places.

(Griffin: I think I'm glad I live here then. XD)

{Ardens approaches Mac.}"Hey, we've got an appointment to get you fitted for a mechanical limb, remember? Are you ready to go, or do you need to prepare?"

Ivy peered around Ardens and smirked at Mac. 'Well, hello again.' She noticed Noxaura and added, 'And who might that be?'

{Vitis grins at Scratch.}"Ooooh, you're going to steal stuff? Steal me somethin' nice! Like a gold choker, or a diamond the size of my eye!"{Vitis is excitedly bouncing up and down as he speaks.}

"Ah hello Ivy! Oh, I see you two have met." He nudged Nox with his wing. "And this is Noxuara." He nodded to Ardens. "Right! So will we be going?"

'Noxaura, hmm?' Ivy fixed her gaze on the dark coloured dragon, then she suddenly grinned. 'Ha, I knew it! You're his girlfriend!'

Noxaura lifted her head at Mac's touch. She looked over at Ivy but at her statement she lowered her ears and looked away in embarressment. Nox stepped away from the shelves now that everything had been put away, but avoided eye contact.

{Ardens nods to Mac.}"Yes. Oh, Nox, you're back. How've you...."{He stops short when he notices all of her wounds.}"Ew, what happened to you?"

Maldius looks between Vitis and Scratch, amused. "Myself, I don't see why anyone would get so excited over some trinkets..."

{Vitis looks up at Maldius.}"Seriously? You don't like gold? Well, I guess when you're a walking weapon, there's no appeal in anything that looks nice. All you're concerned with is killin' stuff. Eh, more gold for me."

Noxaura lowered her head at Ardens' comment. "I had some hostile encounters with violent dragons." She pressed her wings closer to her sides, trying to cover a majority of her injuries.

(I have to go now, so I'm just going to say Ivy leaves Mac/Ardens to do what they're going to do and she'll meet up with them later.)

"Hmph. Well, shall we be leaving now?" Maldius grunts, "Now that we have confirmed the rumor of Lennox's death to be true..."

{Ardens takes a close, long look at Nox. //I know for a fact that most of these were already here before the draugrs got her.//}"Hmm, maybe after I take Mac, we'll pay those dragons a little visit. Let's go, Mac."

Vitis:"Well, if you want to. Maybe we should cause some havoc once night falls."

"Okay." Said Mac. He waved goodbye to Nox, and walked out the door to wait for Ardens.

Nodding to Vitis, the dark dragon observes Scratch. "You will be fine on your own, won't you? Ah yes... I'd suggest trying out a bit of magic... that collar I gave you is more than just a tracking device..."

{Ardens begins to leave.}"Ok, I'm going now. See you later, Nox."{Ardens walks out of the infirmary and heads with Mac to their appointment, which is in Chrysos.}"Hey, Mac, Nox seemed a bit more pensive than usual. Did she say anything to you?"

After watching them leave the infirmary, Noxaura departs as well and heads back to the entrance of the palace. She was sure Erwen was busy, so she wouldn't bother him at this minute.

"I'll be alright." Scratch said.

Mac thought for a moment. "Well- she didnt really say much of anything odd, but she did call herself a monster. I don't know why, though...."

{Ardens thinks for a moment.}"Do you ever get the impression that Nox might be hiding some things from us?"

"I don't exactly know. She was gone for a pretty long time. I mean, she didn't get those wounds from falling down the stairs." Mac answered. "......I-I think."

"Alright, if you're sure. Climb on, Vitis, we're leaving." The dark dragon throws out his wings, giving them a good stretch as he looks to the citizens of Solaris one last time.

{Vitis happily mounts Maldius.}"Yay, flying!"

{Ardens shakes his head.}"Well, she's a grown dragon after all. If she wants to keep certain details of her life to herself, it's her right. I'm sure she knows what she's doing anyway."{On the horizon, Wyrvane can be seen in the distance.}

Maldius leaps into the air, circling over Scratch for a moment before flying south. After a period of silence, the dark dragon asks, "Vitis, if I ever begin to forget important things, could you remind me of them?"

{Vitis nods to Maldius.}"Of course I can. What are evil henchmen for? You can count on me."

(Welp I kinda disappeared for a bit. I think I'm going to call it a night, you guys have fun! :P)

"Good. Now, the only question is how much have I already forgotten..." Maldius thinks on this for a brief moment, but shakes those thoughts out of his mind as the ringing faintly comes back. "No, perhaps I'd better not think about it..."

(Bye @Griff!)

"That's right, as long as it isn't illegal..." Mac said. He squinted his eyes at the dragon-like shape ahead. "Who's that? Do they look evil?"

(Alright, see you @Griff!)

{Vitis looks at Maldius.}"When did you first notice the memory loss?"

( @Turtlee Dragon shape? Who're you refering to?)

"It was just recently, I think, when I forgot Maelstrom's name... Wait, I think I'm forgetting something else..." Maldius slows to a stop, hovering mid-air as he tries remembering even the slightest memory, though he moans as his headache returns. "Augh, I can't remember... it's killing me if I just try..."

( @Aggron- I mean Wyrvane)

Vitis:"W-well, forget about it then! I'll help you remember things that happen from this point on."{Vitis sighs.}"You said that you were made to destroy things, right? Then, wouldn't that mean that you have a "maker" we can go ask about this problem?"

{Ardens looks around.}"you mean the city? That's where we're headed."

"Right." Mac said. "Must've been nothing..."

Maldius' yellow eyes widen at the word "maker," and his voice seems to take on an unusual tone. "My Master... Fayveer... you want to ask //him// about this...? He is... a dragon far worse than I am..."

{Vitis speaks up after a moment of silence.}"Well, either we go see this Fayveer, or you continue to suffer with memory loss. Your choice!"

{Upon arriving to the city, Ardens lands in the busy street and enters a nearby shop, expecting Mac to follow.}

Macgyver follows behind Ardens, looking around.

(I've got to go, sorry! Can we continue this next week?)
