This is Kind of a Test/Expirement, for Alolan Eeveelutions, where instead of Creating an entirely new pokemon, It would add the Typings that Haven't been used Yet. And according to a Umbreon Dex entry it states that Umbreons have Poisonous Sweat, so with the constant warm tempatures, of course umbreon would be sweatting it's tail off... though How it became like this I'm not so sure myself.
Though it's ability would be: Poison Touch
