THE SEASON OF SUGAR by bare-nok
I went to my first Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom just the other day. My costume was inspired by La Catrina/La Muerte/Day of the Dead w/ skull face painting, a spiderweb shawl, an eerie hat - complete with a plague doctors mask on the side - & such. I spent so much time on my makeup &, if you don't mind me saying so, I looked freaking AWESOME as an end result!! I even glowed in the dark & spooked my sister bad when the lights went off in the park before the firework show! xD
Being able to trick-or-treat freely & just submersing myself into the haunted atmosphere of the park - aw man, it was just so incredible! & after 5 years of no Halloween for me, this was exactly what I needed. Alittle bit of spooky, a bunch of candy, & a ton of lighthearted fun!
Plus, beyond Halloween being my jam, w/ me participating in my first Halloween party of the year, it's going to feel like a whole month of spookiness!!... & for now, it's only just begun!!

I don't celebrate Halloween, but it's nice you had fun!!! c:
Also, CANDY YYYYEEAAAHH BUDDY!!!! My mom bought me some yesterday since I had to get blood drawn at the doctors. I hate needles, ehhhe. x)
But 5 years?? That's a long time, what's been keeping you from the party for five years?? :0
(And I dunno if I'm misreading this or not, but who is Mr??? Is there I joke I'm not getting or something??? I dunno.)
But yeah, like I said, glad you had fun!!!

Halloween is the best. Easter too. I don't celebrate Easter, but ALL the candy is on sale!!!

Aaaaaaaaaand it's finally getting cooler up here! I know you're melting where you're at, but the mountains aren't supposed to have that solid Florida heat! xD
