Maybe I'm tired of trying.
Tired of being told who to be.
What to be, "what I am".
Sick of the letters A and B.
But sick to the stomach at a C, D, or E.
Tired of my mind represented by a letter on a yellow slip.
Tired of seeing M and F.
No room for me.
Tired of people's lack of empathy, a flood of pitiful glares.
Are they mocking me?
Tired of forcing smiles and choking out laughter.
Tired of feeling unloved.
