Well, it's one of those things that sort of comes and goes throughout the life of many artists. It's part of a frustrating depression that many of us face. But, without it, we would never feel like improving our work. We just can't let it stop us in our tracks, letting our wordly ambitions get the better of us.
I actually felt that a bit earlier today. Sonetimes it happens when you don't draw in awhile. And it can also be mood dependant (mad, lazy, upset, etc.) But I think Whale Fanatic is right. It's annoying, but it helps us want to improve!
This looks great so far! I understand that; I feel like I can't draw well when I'm lazy or unmotivated. Sometimes you just gotta take a break until that motivation comes back.
