Here's a story tidbit! :3

As a child, Fiona was a bit shy, and easily embarrassed over the fact that her magic was weaker than everyone else's. Zephyrus, one of the lords of Fiona's colony, took pity on her and tried to help her find something to do by telling her stories about heroes called Shadowhunters.
Then she started going on her own 'adventures' and getting into trouble.
That's how she became a crazy, troublemaking warrior wannabe. xP
