Xeno is a ghost/demon who haunts people :D
In his normal form he is harmless but causes all sorts of mental issues. In his feral form he loses all control and turns into a more animal like apearance. In this state, he can cause physical damage and could even kill someone, though he rarely uses this form. His arms are made out of smoke/shadow and can extend at will. If the vents on his neck are blocked, he will lose his arms and thus become powerless.
