I've never really understood formal attire for girls and women tbh. XD I mean yeah femininity and all but it seems like it's either more impractical with the skirts and dresses than formal attire normally is for doing basically anything, and then quite a few of the dress styles are a lot more flashy than say button shirts and suit-like outfits.

That said, there are some VERY nice dresses I've seen and that I think really compliment the wearer usually. Though at the same time sometimes I think a dressier outfit with pants or just with nice jeans and women's dressy shirt looks even better.

yeah, i wont wear anything that shows the girls off if i can help it. (and i hate NOT wearing pants xD) but i have some skirts that go to the ground and don't clind that i can wear. they're nice and not too flashy
