im feeling a mix of "im too nice" and "im too self-centered and annoying to everyone" and its actually the worst feeling ever

on one hand, its that i shouldnt constantly give into what my siblings always ask of me, especially when doing so leaves me w/v few ways to be able to do anything or talk to anyone, yet i still do.
on the other, im awful at conversing anyways, and usually start talking about something about myself and i always feel like im being annoying by doing so
