Barry is a bit childish. He's fascinated by a lot of things. So seeing another sharkpony makes him excited and curious. He's also pretty curious about KoiShark's hind legs. He doesn't have any and he's seen other ponies before and they only have hooves and no shark-like tail. So it really fascinated him. He probably, most likely, has a lot of questions.

I can see him being protective over her like a big brother. I'm not really sure what Barry's sexuality is or partner preference is yet. A lot of his background is figured out. His sexuality is a bit harder to figure out. ^ v ^)/
