Also I really do need to come up with a solid reason for her basically hating non-humans. Maybe the members of Majestic Council of 12 (the leadership of MJ12 she's part of but) that outrank her have her jacked-up on some kind of dr.,ug that causes her brain to associate extremely negative feelings, emotions, and fear towards non-aliens like Mobians and the like? Just a thought.

(well, most of the people in the main town are half human half animal. (or 80 '/. animal)
or maybe they made her think her family was killed by mobians when really they took her at a young age?)

(True. Though ironically enough, MJ12 enhances all of its troops with Black Arms (from the game Shadow The Hedgehog) genetics to boost them well above the average human's physical capability. Of course that's not so ironic in the since that they hate aliens, but are like "hey, we'll take the part of you that makes you better than us".
Idk. Seems a bit too generic of motivation to me. )

They'd probably come in with what are basically combat-hazard suits. They Do everything a hazmat suit would do (protect from radiation, poison, the like), but are much less bulky, allow a lot more freedom of movement, and actually protect from a lot of battle damage that could happen (bullets, getting physically whacked with something, etc).
