The outfit shows off her figure
Something about the picture makes me feel like the head comes too far out into the foreground. A lot of old holograph pictures leave me with the same sort of artistc feeling. The colors and the shading look marvelous, but the over-all picture feels off in a way that I lack the training to define.

Thank you for the feedback! She isn't my own character, but I tried my best to show her physique and personality. I darkened her shadows as a last minute thing, so I am glad it worked out. I am sure it has some perspective and anatomical errors, and I hope to improve.

The tones are realistic.
It has an "old time" feel to it.
The shading is gorgeous.
Might look at the legs a little bit, but you also might be perfectly right. Everybody has a right to an opinion, and to express it.
Criticism isn't always correct though.
You have a great eye, and more artistic skill than I have.
