i can't really understand anyone around me??
my mom'll be nice and supportive at one point, and then really harsh and negative right after
my friends ignore me for a good two weeks, then they suddenly talk to me all the time
i just don't??

Not gonna lie, seeing "class of 2019" hurt my heart, I'm so sorry my small child. I always, always, ALWAYS forget you're younger than me. x)
Sorry your mom and friends are being weird. :(
Sometimes adults have bad days and they get really negative to their kids as a result.
And if you feel like your friends are ignoring you, maybe go and privately talk to them. It could clear some stuff up that maybe you didn't know about.
