Poor Guy Can´t Catch a Break... by Whoever
Yea, I hope these games turn out to be good. I feel kinda bad for Sonic Fans now because Sonic is so well known for pretty much being a meme and having wierd fanart and all.
I mean, it´s a series that many people loved since they were little kids. Then they make a bunch of lackluster games and suddenly Sonic is the butt of jokes from so many hack internet comedians (like me, heh).
Anyways I feel ya.

Yeah, I'm especially hoping the 2017 project is good. I've always been a fan of the 3D Sonic games personally, and I'd like to see something as ambitious as '06 done right.

Poor poor Sonic. The bad publicity driving diehard fans to buy every single game and scrape and scour it to find every single redeami- [SONIC 06] "How could this happen to me? I made m-" {SONIC BOOM} "CRAWLING IN MY SKIN! THESE WOUNDS, THEY WILL NOT HEAL!!!"
Also, as a retort Sonic had official apps befor Mario did.

I have a good feeling about Sonic Mania. Some may think it's a step backward, but it seems there is a good amount of effort being put into it. The mechanics of it look pretty solid. :D

I agree, id have to say the series has always felt confused looking back, constantly changing direction etc. Hope the new games are good.

I grew up loving Sonic, but the lackluster games of our generation has left me sticking to Nintendo stuff. I do hope Sonic gets some good things coming, glitches without.
