There was this Sceptile in my Pokemon Emerald and it had these colours (in emerald randomizer you can randomize the colours of pokemon) and I put it as my profile pic on discord, my friend said it looked like a Cookie Slurper and gave me that nickname, and he was the anti cookie slurper. So I just picked him to be a Raichu because he thought the colours on it were cool
