re: idk i just hold the pill in my hand then some ungodly thought goes "No Don't. It's bad. You'll die" so i freak out and place it back in th ebottle. I did manage to take a dose last night but my impulse i took three pills instead of one. and i wwas dead all day today. a legit zombie. but i ended up hallucinating really odd things too??
