You could talk to someone about your problem, that helps in a way and get some advice/suggestions. Maybe ignore the negative and just keep positive or listen to your favorite song and just forget about everything and just keep yourself in a good mood. There are a lot of things you can do. Order your favorite food, play your favorite sport, walk at the park, etc. Life is too short to be sad anymore. If you're having problems, you can look forward into a new day than relive the same one.
Go somewhere peaceful. Enjoy the quiet. If you get lonely, bring a friend. Get to know them. Appreciate the life you're living. You don't need to be brave. Take your negative energy and make it something beautiful. You are a child of God, you are His.
Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in... And let it out. This will not last. It will end, and you will be the better for it. Breathe in, raise your face to the sky, sit up straight, gather your courage. Open your eyes as you breathe out, sending all your worries, all your pain to the sky with that breath. Relax in the moment. This is your time, your space. Relax. Everything will be all right.
