This little undead eldritch abomination is Malus, the plague doctor.

A perfectly cheery and upbeat monster whom will perfectly cure you of all that ails you, but in a fashion that's worse than you can ever deam, and that's if you're on his good side.

He means no harm, but that doesn't mean he isn't harmless. So long as you're not sick, he is perfectly preferable company, otherwise, pray that death takes you before the doctor comes knocking.
