Oh wow, even your doodles are spectacular! If your anxious, I know how you feel. I get scared and paranoid every day, especially afraid to say the wrong things. Though I must commend you for your positivity! You are very optimistic and you honestly influence me to remain happy everyday! I think of venting here, then I think about you and how positive you are, and then I feel better!

And if you feel like you need to talk with your family, please go for it. Your feelings shouldn't bother them, they should want to help you out. They may even be more receptive than you think! Just do what you've gotta do to take care of yourself, okay?

I had depression a while back, and holding it in is not a good idea! It really helps to talk to a friend or family member. I understand that you don't want to bother anybody, but it feels nice once you get it off your shoulders!

Aah thanks guys, that makes sense! ^^ I'll think I'll try slowly easing into it-- I guess the one thing holding me back is it seems like just now they're all finally doing so much better and I want to support them, my sister takes medication for hers because she used to get panic attacks every night-- actually I'm the only person in my family who hasn't had a panic attack yet and it's really scary watching it happen to them, I really don't want to make them stressed x-x;
