Said to be the embodiment of the ocean's wrath, the Leviathan is one of the most fearsome creatures in Loreua. In the past, the Leviathan terrorized the people of Levia. It destroyed any ships that tried to sail to or from land, and caused horrible storms with its powerful magic.
The people had nearly lost hope in trying to build up the kingdom, until a nameless warrior rose up. The warrior claimed that she could defeat the beast in battle.

Most doubted that the mysterious warrior would ever return. Yet, within five days her ship once again docked on the shores of the only remaining harbor in the entire kingdom. The warrior brought with her the horn of the Leviathan as proof of her victory, and all the people called her Levia, conquerer of the seas.
They also named the kingdom Levia.
...And the capital.
...Also, it's customary to name royalty after her?
Wow... But is the story really true?
