He had development issues & was born really small, no eyes & not able to speak. But, DON'T WORRY! At some point, when he's older, Pupper will give him magic button eyes, so he can see. Sadly, He still won't be able to speak.

Also, He will develop EXCELLENT hearing. (because he can't see n' all that.)
