Drekkels can be most colors, just not white, gray, or black anywhere but on their spikes. Their spikes are most often white-light gray, the darker the gray, the rarer the drekkel. They also have heterochromia (eyes are different colors), except for some rare cases. Drekkel eye colors can also be most anything, even rarely gray. Males and females are similar in looks, but females have shorter spikes. (I have a female ref that I'll post later.) Drekkels' spikes are used for protection against hostile drekkels and other predators. Their front claws are a little bit longer than the back ones. They are covered in usually short fur (except for their claws and spikes, of course.) Drekkels have four ears to make up for the species' lack of noses. They can't smell anything, but they can hear extremely well. Drekkels live in packs of 3-8 commonly, but can be bigger. They lay eggs (even though they're mammals) and the eggs take from 5-8 days approx. to hatch.

They are about the size of a medium-large dog (but sizes differ). They inhabit lots of different environments and sometimes have different fur lengths or colors depending on where they live.

(That's all for now, so you're free to post. I'll do a couple custom(ish) adopts fairly soon so if anyone wants so just let me know.)

(Oh almost forgot they're a CLOSED species, you can't make your own without permission from @nappez and/or @Caepez.)
