This is Arceus the "god" of all Pokemon who also created Dialga,Palkia,and Giratina as servants to keep the world in balance. POP QUIZ TIME!!!- There are 2 things special about the Arceus in this Painting! The first 6 people who guess correctly will Recieve this Arceus!(Black or White Version) But here is the Catch this painting must also get 1 Gold Star cuz i worked real hard! All info on this Arceus will be revieled in another post once this contest is over!

A pokemon is a pokemon, no matter HOW powerful it is, man. Plus you have to BEAT IT INTO SUBMISSION before it can be caught, so... Unless you have a master ball (in my headcannon, mballs are accidents and not intentionally created, hence their rarety), of course. Also this Arc is the **** type created by hacking. It looks like it's doing that thing it does to ****, too. And it may or may not be ****. Censored because I know the answers but don't want the mon. Somebody answer this dang question or I WILL! >:(

GIO WON!!! oh meadow plate turns it brite green. :] Its Shiny and its in its Cursed Forme/also known as ??? forme. :p Great job Gio! Oh and when u recieve him he wont be n Cursed forme on B/W cuz ??? was removed for B/W. Sorry but u'll get him! Congrats! XD

Technically Mew is the god of all pokemon, because he provided the genetic code for every pokemon (even arceus).

I'm not quite sure Mew would be considered a God. Arceus was born in an egg where there was nothing. Then, created the world. Created Palkia to govern Space. Created Dialga to govern time. Created Giratina to govern distortion but was banished there by Arceus. There used to be many Mew in the Pokemon world but went extinct. With very rare cases of few people actually encountering one. Mew came later than Arceus. Mew did not give out an Arceus egg.
Some things about the pic.
1. Either Psychic or Poison type.
2. Shiny Arceus has a Gold-colored belly plus the apendiges coming out. This one is mis-colored.
3. Shiny sparkles look like tiny stars. Not random sloppy stars.
I think you traced. I could do anything like that.
