Giant pheonix raptor by AtoILLUSIVEz

This is for #kilgara.
The giant pheonix raptor is used in wars because of its' Thick feathers that are so tightly pacted together, they can stop a bullet an inch through. the scales of this raptor are also very tough, being thicker than an inch through per scale. they are called pheonix raptors because they can seemingly walk through fire, but in actuality it's just that the scales are so thick the fire doesn't hit nerves in they're legs. The feathers are fire-retardent due to the -cont.-

-cont.- -oil secretion from their tail. this oil contains mostly water, but also contains a white paste that keeps the feathers from lighting on fire as easilly. they are about 7 feet tall, and can fly distances of up to 9 miles at one time. they can run at speeds up to 70 mph and are the fastest runners in the world.

Also, the have small "horns" in their beaks to fit the teeth back in smoothly because I wanted sharp teeth on this bird.

Sorry im a little late to comment. I love it, I bet they could of used it in war, but it would need more armor to deflect incoming bullets.
I will comment again when I come up with a name.
