Well, all I need for the First Mate to do is help discuss what kind of activities the crew should do next or ideas to add to our crew with me. When I'm not available, take part in Captains discussions(I'll announce when I'm not available) really, I just need someone active and willing to lead a group RP/our Crew during a major RP if I go afk. You don't need to be active drawing wise, if you can be online actively then it can work :>
