If I were my main OC I would cautiously ask what he was smiling about and if it was nice I would become allies if it wasnt I would cover it in gold.

If it were my first time meeting a dragon, I would be fangirling like crazy, despite the chances of being eaten. After all, if he's actually smiling at me, he must have the intelligence to listen to me attempt to persuade him that I'm not food? XD
