Nice! I like the shading most of all. Paratrooper... Such a long way back of history! I'm more of a Sience kind of person but, History is a toll on me too.

Re: Stark is cared for by both the other creatures and canines Kiru befriended. As Kiru can't always care for him the others have to tend to him and help him walk! Streak (the smallest other than pups) often supports Stark with his back and Crystal (the largest) with sometimes even carry Stark around on his back! Ciya, being a mother doesn't help often but will bring Stark food if he is struggling to stand! But despite their help and support, Stark is a grumpy dog and will snap at their sympathy.. I can't say I don't put effort into side characters!
