Nagasumi the Mermaid by Jo-Kai Gon-Zo

Nagasumi was a super old character I made back in Febuary 2014 and I felt like redrawing her since I really hated how she turned out in hindsight.
I honestly think she looks beautiful now and I'm really proud of myself for it.
I hope you guys love it!

Note: Nagasumi's redesign here was made around the time when Primarina's then-confidential design was leaked online on June 4, 2016. As one can see at the beginning of the playback, I was inspired by the design way before I had any right to view it.
