This one really impressed me! It's detailed, gives the concept of PokEmblem a greater scope than it had before, and it tells a visual story with the subject characters! Donnel and Magikarp also make a good team!

Not only is this piece really well drawn, but it also has a unique style that fits both of its characters! It makes sense that a kunoichi like Kagero would have a ninja-like Pokemon by her side, and Accelgor is a really good choice aesthetically!

I wasn't sure if I should have two winners using the same characters, but the style and concept between the two is so different that I feel it's fair to view them on their own merits. I enjoy seeing Aegislash being used as an actual sword, and I particularly liked the butterfly theme in the background!

This is such a unique combination! Shiny Rayquaza looks great alongside Naga, and the detail on both of them is stunning! I also like that it features a character most people would overlook!
Gills:
The idea of Owain posing as Spark is too hilarious not to bring up! If there's one thing holding it back, it's that anyone who wasn't familiar with Owain would probably just think it was Spark in the image, which wouldn't lend itself well to a Pokemon x Fire Emblem crossover. Still, it's drawn so well that I think it's easy to tell which of the two it is (for anyone familiar with both characters). I just freaking love this!
Chocobanana:
This is a really well done illustration! What's even more impressive is I've never had a chance to play Path of Radiance or Radiant Dawn (I really want to though), and it's still easy for me to see that this is a great matchup. I do think it would've been better if Solgaleo was a bit more visible, but all in all, this is a really great piece!
I may do a small prize for each of you, 'cause I think your entries did well enough to deserve one! : )

If you guys enjoyed this project, I encourage you all to continue making these! I plan on making more in the future, but in the meantime, I'd love to see what other ideas you guys come up with! : )

When I saw Lady Ama's, I knew I wasn't working for top spot xD But I wanted to finish my project and still be a part of the group collaboration, it was fun!
The reason I did Owain /in Spark's clothing/ was because the idea of it was concieved BEFORE you made the contest. I was already aiming to create it this way, and I wasn't going to change it, and I'm glad I didn't, cuz I think it wouldn't have been the same if it was just Owain and Zapdos. However, I did draw Owain's belt under the jacket, and a feathered glove mix, so that's an extra point to it being Owain xD Not to mention the hand pose and his facial anatomy.
Either way, I'm SO GLAD my bro won a place, cuz he worked so hard to get it just right, adding such detail and the special nuances, and he didn't procrastinate (like me), so I'm very proud of him!
And Reuben's just gave such a story, I loved it too. It was a great job!
Feathers' was a nice combo, too! The style was unique as well, and I liked that.

This was really fun to do though! (it also helped pull me out of my artistic drag) Some of the pairings were really creative though. I had a whole list of characters I could've done lol. The magikarp & Donnel really got me xD Makes total sense! It was also cool seeing people at their artistic best. I thoroughly enjoyed it and thank you for hosting the contest!
For the pokemon I'll take Arceus! And for the request, #ladyamaoc take your pick ;)
