My #oc #Nyra in neo #city(an important #location in my #story #temporal). I drew the #background literally one #pixel at a time using a #grid to insure everything was spaced out evenly (which takes a LONG time especially since I didn't plan this drawing out).This looks better on a pc or tablet since the 3ds screen resolution is too low to see all the detail. #faun#parahuman#zyikOC#cityscape#town#chimera#balcony#gate#fence#building#buildings#hybrid#original# #originalcharacter#character#3d#zyik

It was pretty crazy thinking back on it lol. Making pixel art in colors 3d was difficult since it there was no pixel brush like there is now. I had to use the soft brush at it's smallest size, use the corner of the screen to keep lines straight, draw grids to keep everything on point, and erase all the tiny artifact left over from all the lines I drew. Years later I'm still proud of this one though Id probably never use this method to create pixel art again. But then again my current piece im working on is over 150+ hours since I have a lot of determination so who knows :p

9-ish years feels like it was so long ago, yet so recent.
I didn't notice the 270 hours you put into this way back when. Man, that's dedication. How far in did you get before exceeding the playback limit?
