They searched for a sign of the creatures existance, but none of them were found. They seemed to vanish into thin air. Even without a logical reason, they pronounced the species extinct to media, but still studied the sudden disapearance. Soon after the extinction date, one of their scientists died.

What they didn't know was that he really didn't die. He faked his death. He had found an old prison that had been abandon long ago, fixed up the well-secured jailhouse. It was huge... And perfect for the plan that grew in the scientist, Dr. Chezman's, brain. If he could capture all the animals in one species, he and his fellow scientists could study it. He figured the Whisco would be the perfect species, seeming how they are new and there aren't as many. He told this plan to one of his biologist friends, and they rejected him, claiming it to be a stupid idea. So Dr. Chezman killed him.

Some of the Whisco died of starvation, thirst, sickness, or lonleyness. After months of studying their diets, hygiene habits, and hopes, he decided to try an ultimate expiriment. Because of the unique gene structure and conditions of the Whisco, certain levels of certain radiation types could cause the genes to mutate by the second. The news spread out across all the Whisco, and they were petrified. Tons of them would die, and the rest would suffer severe pain and blood loss as their faces and bodies would change shape and skin split by the second. Lan, a male 'severe sunny weather' Whisco, is comforting his female roomate, a 'snowy weather' Whisco, Nora, that they escape. Nora had just almost escaped, but was nearly killed by some of the guard dogs.
