She must be one heck of a skeptic, because ever since then, she's been coming back. I can't take it anymore, and I don't wanna delete that account because I've made so many good friends on there!
But she keeps calling me fat and ugly and lonely (because I said that I only have 3 best friends that aren't from an online site such as colors) I can't take it anymore! I CAN'T! I HATE BEING THE TARGET!"

I don't have a Miiverse account, so I had to look into this online. According to what I've read, most people suspect Miiverse is administrated by bots that use algorithims to determine what to do. Temporary bans can become permanant bans only on one account, but a user's console can be blocked if they create many accounts that have been banned (I couldn't find how many). This would mean to keep reporting each new account she makes and eventually her system will be blocked. However, you can also try reporting this directly to Nintendo. You'll need each of her usernames and the approximate dates that account was banned. They can verify the IPs match. In the mean time, she may either be bored or just see you as a target, so she may move on if you keep blocking her. For information on blocking a user, see the Miiverse help page.

Hello ! Maybe you could talk about it to the staff ? If they ban her IP, she won't be able to make anymore account.

honestly i hate miiverse because alot of people do that, i would email the admin and if they take to long to respond than i would definitely ban her and pertend that its no big deal if she keeps coming back. if she said hello on a new account, just be like hey. if she says someyhing mean pertend its no big deal and say, well thats unusual, considering the fact that you assume you know everythung about me and thats clearly not true. shes just doing it for fun or she probbabky has a grudge but shell eventulky go away
