if you dunno who this is, this is project u, aka utilize, the #bulbasaur. he's an experiment made by some scientist dude to see what a pokemon with 3 typings would be like. utilize is a grass/water/fire type.

i swear i'm really satisfied with my art style rn holy moly
but i still need to work on my shading style though. :/
