This kid's name is Joey Johnson. He's from mid-state US but went to Hawaii with his mom and dad. They got stuck with financial issues and never left. He's picked up by a green alien girl with four arms and is apart of a space group to find and destroy Fate. It's a whole plot n' such. :)
