Sooooooo sorry for how long this took! But I wanted to make extra special for you for following for so long!
He's based on plague doctors which I incorperated extra bird features as well. There's also some industral incorperation because I know you love steampunk and robotic ponies.
He has one wing as requested, his brass pipes reach to his lungs emitting black smoke. Mask is a gas mask inspired by a plague doctor with a cloak
