Decided to give him a story.

Fane was once a prince on a very distant planet. The planet's name was Starlis. The people were called Starlinites.

In Starlis, Those who are born with the Lunar Eye are considered royalty, They are treated like they're the most important thing on the planet & they kinda are. Those who have the Lunar Eye are given powers. These powers allow the user to call upon the spirit of the planet's moon, Litian, and the spirit shall grant the user's [con.]

Someone naturally born with the Lunar eye is only born once every 18-20 years, but if a Lunar eye has a family, the chances of the offspring developing a Lunar eye during its life goes up.

Now, With Fane... He was a prince since the day he was born, he didn't mind until he turned sixteen. His advisors kept pushing him to get married. They kept letting girls sign-up to meet Fane & even having them audition for a date with him. This went on for four years... Fane had had enough. Late at night one day, Fane had packed his things & went to a cliff. He spoke to Lidia, the spirit of Litian. He asked to leave to the nearest planet with life where no one knew of Starlis & its people. She granted his wish & Fane was teleported to Earth with all his belongings. He changed & altered his clothes & changed his hair. He found somewhere to live & has been living on Earth ever since.

Fane refused to get married because he wanted to find the right girl on his own. His advisors did not understand when he told them this.
