Re: Oh, it really does make it a LOT easier if you use references. I didn´t really use too many refs in the past because I felt that it was kind of cheating but then again all the great artists use refs in one way or another ... so ya. I used a reference for the pose which made the rest a lot easier. :D
Uhh I tried handlettering a while ago with pen and paper (and EREASER v.v) and I think it turnrd out okay. But I think I´ll just accept that my handwriting sucks - I´m too lazy to change it xD
But people with beautiful handwritings always impress me o:
