"I could help you with finding that out, but of course you'd rather ask the dragon who sent help. Like she would tell you." Scratch muttered quietly as Maldius walked by him. He walked away again, not showing any sign of where he would go.

Macgyver kept on reading the book, for he couldn't sleep. A certain page confused him. "That looks familiar." He said to himself, looking at an illustration of another dark item. "But no- why would- that's dangerous- It's probably just a coincidence"

Erebus huffed quietly and looked towards Nitika. "I've heard that learning magic is very tedious. Many can never accomplish it."
King Lennox narrowed his eyes slightly before sighing. "Alright, well Maldius looks like a big purple dragon, just like before." He looked around the room he was in before continuing. "He stole a book. Maybe more, no one reported back."

(I guess I'll just watch. None of my characters are important as of now)

'Hey, that zombie thing would've //killed// me if it weren't for my awesome magic skills,' Crowley complained. Then he suddenly grinned again. 'But you oughta watch out for yourself. Maybe Maldius will come here and find you. You wouldn't stand a chance against him, unlike me.'

"I know it's wishful thinking, but I think it's worth a try...
After we finish helping Teresa, of course." Nitika looked towards Teresa and smiled.

{Ardens stays silent for a moment.}"Just trust me on this one. If she's alive, you'll need all the help you can get."{Ardens lands at the palace.}"Go wait and see if she sends anything else. I need to check up on something."

Mac put the book down and checked his mail box outside his window. "Still no letters" He said to himself sadly.

Maldius snarls, his eyes glowing a faint yellow. Finally noticing Scratch, he turns his malevolent gaze to his servant and rises from his throne. "Scratch! Stay here with Obnoxious, don't let her try anything. I'm going to try to collect as many creatures as I am able for Ice to make an army. Understand!?" Maldius orders.

Alfred perk his ears up "oh yes! There is!...but Just because it's magic doesn't fix everything it has its limits to..." he extended his metal hand and look at it "it was with the help of potions that saves my life..." he smiled at her "the potion you made me has magical properties in it, Soooo in away you did use Magic"

Teresa she look up at Nikita and smiled back. She examining the papers "I wonder where Dad is..."

'Casta...?' Ivy stepped forwards, pushing her muzzle through the bars to get a closer look at him. Suddenly all the changes in his appearance leapt out at her, and she flinched automatically, retreating further back in her cell. 'Oh my god...' She couldn't stop staring at the thing that looked like Casta but wasn't. 'You can't be him... you're not him.'

(Super slow post, oopsies)

Erwen lands and walks towards the entrance. "There was too much blood on that cloth, I doubt she'd be able to send another." He nods anyways and leaves Ardens.

Noxaura frowned at Maldius' words. "Hurtful, you should go get me a plaything, so I don't curse you." She chuckled before looking in Scratch's direction with a glare.

Blackice was in one of the room the book was on the table where he left it, he had a sick smile as he walk over to it. He sat down and pulled out his notes book and start to read the black book again taking notes as he went " secrets...."

{Vitis snorts.}"As if I'd let him find me! And besides, unlike you, I can do more that run away. My body does more than just slither about. I can snap a dragon's neck like a twig! I can collapse ribcages, strangle anything, drown anything in water! All I've seen you do so far is disappear and reappear in a puff of smoke. A neat trick, granted, but it doesnt make your opponent any more dead."

Nitika again glanced at the paper with the words from the tablet, "If we found someone who could read these inscriptions, do you think we might find a clue to BlackIce's whereabouts?" She wondered out loud.

Scratch grinned darkly in response to Nox's glare. "I wouldn't order him around if I were you, Miss Prissy." He stared at her with his pupiless eyes. "So, how is life, buttercup? Tell ol' Scratchy everything"

Ivy's gaze remained locked on Casta's for several long, silent moments. Then she forced herself to approach the bars again, getting as close as she dared to the twisted creature. 'Is it you...?' she whispered. 'What did they do to you?' She sat down and watched him closely. 'Do you know who I am? My name's Ivy. I rescued you, remember?'

(OK Kole, hope you can make it back soon though.)

{Kremos nods}"No one reported? Are you telling me that not a single guard has looked into this yet? Actually, that's not surprising. I just caught Santiago snoozin' at his post. You really need to say something to them, yer Magesty. A book? Can you give me a description?"

{Ardens nods and walks to Mac's room. He knocks on the wall to announce his arrival.}"Mac? You here?"

Crowley gave Vitis a condescending look. 'You really think you'd survive if Maldius turned up on your doorstep? From what I've heard, he's the most powerful magic user ever. He'd tear you to pieces with his dark magic while you're busy trying to strangle him like an overgrown python.' He let out a short, unpleasant chuckle. 'But me? I can teleport behind him and slash his neck before he even knows where I went.'

Alfred Shrugged his shoulders "it's old Aquilam writing that's all I know. Annnnd i wasn't going to ask the crow guy" he chuckled "but if we find someone who can read it that might help!" He smiled

Noxaura stared back at him with her emotionless gaze. "I'm going to skin you alive one day." She growled and looked up towards the cieling. "Where's your friend, the black dragon with problems?"

Lennox sighed. "I'll get to it eventually, but I didn't trust guards with the task anyways. I sent a very untrustworthy dragon and she's gone now." He looked down at Kremos. "The book had a numeral one on it."

Mac looked down at the page again, scribbling something down on it and marking his place. Startled by an arrival, he quickly hides the book. He looks around, noticing Ardens at the doorway. "I'm here."

( @Shadow Ok, It'll happen soon){Vitis laughs.}"Kill him? With those tiny things?"{Vitis motions to his claws.}"Unless he's as little and cute as you, that won't do a damn thing. He'd just turn around and rip you in half. I'd just wait until he falls asleep and quietly smother him. Simple, yet effective."

{Ardens saw the book, and frowns.//I don't have time to harangue him.//}"Hey, Mac, sorry I couldn't be there earlier. But, Azureus explained everything, right?"

Erebus shifted a bit. "I'm sure if you asked one of the scholars from Aquilam they'd help, I hear they live for translating old things."

Maldius ignores both Scratch and Noxaura, storming out of his fortress and launching into the air, his glowing yellow eyes spying out anything that might be alive.

{Kremos tilts his head.}"A numeral one? Did he steal the others too? How many are there in the set? And who's this untrustworthy dragon you speak of?"

"We don't have many leads, except that he apparently went to the mountains...
It might be best if we search for someone who can read it." Nitika suggested. "Now where would we find a dragon who could..." She began mumbling to herself in thought.

Crowley bristled a little at being called cute, but managed to rein in his temper for once. 'No chance. He'd just wake up and blow you apart. And how do you expect to catch him asleep anyway? You've got big dreams, worm.' He showed his teeth and casually teleported onto a higher branch. 'Anyway, I think I'm gonna go back to Aquilam now. There might be more news of Maldius, and unlike some people here, I have more important things to do than slither around and eat insects.'

(Oops, sorry, I'm a little slow)

Lennox shook his head. "He doesn't have the other four, at least I don't believe so." He held back a cough. "I had Noxaura fetch the other four books, I heard she was in possesion of them."

{Vitis sneers at Crowley}"Fine, I'm going home too. It's dark now, try not to run into more zombies! And if you do find the mold ball, and if he doesn't kill you, let me know what he says. If he wants to destroy Chrysos, come get me. I still want to do that, just letting you know."

"Awww" Scratch said, pretending to look hurt. "Now you wouldn't do that to your friend's father, now would you? I bet the pathetic. Worm would be very, very devastated." He smirked. "My 'friend'? He is DEFINITLY not my 'friend'. No. Well, last time I saw him, he was playing with his new... Toy..."

Alfred tilted his head curiously at Erebus "weeeellllll I guess we can go look for one!" He smiled he look at Nikita "we can probably find on in their city? "

Teresa "I've never been to the city before..." she fiddled with her necklace

{Kremos nods.}"Did she steal these other four from you? I'll look into her disappearance first."

'Yeah, sure,' Crowley muttered. //Gee, he doesn't think about much, does he? Hasn't he got a life besides wanting to kill all the Chrysos freaks?// He took flight from the branch, causing a lot of leaves to fall down on Vitis. 'See ya, worm boy!' he shouted.

"Neither have I." Nitika said to Teresa, "I guess it'll be a learning experience for both of us." She chuckled nervously. "...Where exactly is the city?"
She absentmindedly coiled her tail around herself, showing she was a bit nervous.

Lennox shook his head again. "I have no idea where she found the books, but she shouldn't have them."

Noxaura gave Scratch a look before ignoring him. Her ears perked up when she heard Black Ice's laugh. "I think I'll pay him a visit."

Ivy continued staring at him, hoping desperately that she could find some way to bring him back. 'Come on, Casta,' she said in a soothing voice. 'You know who I am. I followed you here... I fought Maldius to get you back. Remember that? Ooh, and do you remember when we flew to Solaris together and you nearly fell off my back?' A faint grin crept onto her face, though it looked strained and painful.

Scratch snarled. "Oh no you won't. Unless I come along." He looked at her, a grin appearing on his face. "How do you think they will react?" He asked her. "How will they? When they find out you've betrayed them..." He chuckled "They trusted you, I'm curious to see how it will affect them." He stated. "Do you feel guilty at all?"

Blackice was reading the black book laughing in his moments of sanity he would take notes

Once he sees a dragon, Maldius falls from the sky like a lightning strike, crushing the dragon under his weight. The demonic dragon grabs his victim's head in his claws, smashing it repeatedly into the ground. "DIE! DIE, DIIIEE!!" Maldius shrieks, before ultimately tearing the dragon's head off with a demonic, mad roar.

Noxaura glared at Scratch before shrugging. "Accompany me if you wish." She began walking down the halls before pausing and turning to face him. "Guilt isn't something I've feel anymore."

( @Turtlee Ardens is waiting for Mac's reply, but to save on time so I can get on with my plans, I'm just going to assume that Ardens said he'll be by in the morning and skip to him arriving at his underground lair. Ok?){Kremos nods.}"Contraband items. Got it. Is there anything else I should know about the suspects or items?"

{Vitis yells back at Crowley.}"See ya, ya Rat With Wings!"{Vitis chuckles as he slithers off into the forest.}

Crowley ignored Vitis' last insult and headed back towards Solaris.

Teresa smiled nervously at Nikita "I guess so..."

Alfred walk over and pats them both on the back "come on! There's nothing to be afraid of! He said cheerfully

Teresa scrunched her face in a frowned

Scratch stopped as well to glare at her. "Wow, I actually feel bad for him" He said, not specifying who this 'him' is. "He put all of his trust in you. And he's convinced that you will return. It's pathetic. And here you are, betraying your own kingdom and King, tossing away the heart that he gave you. " Scratch snorted, and continued to walk. "If you try anything, I will be the one top skin you alive"

Nitika laughed at Alfred's 'inspirational' words. "I'm sure it's not bad. We'll be here with you the whole way, so don't worry." She smiled sympathetically, hoping she could cheer Teresa up.

(I'm gonna ask a random group question here just because I'm curious: how many OCs do you have in total?)

Lennox stood up. "Besides the fact that she could most likely kill you with some kind dark magic, then no."

Noxaura simply shrugged and continued down the hall. "If I was going to try anything I would have done it by now."

{Ardens arrives at his underground lair. standing in the large cavern is Theseus, seven armored dragon draugrs, one bird draugr, and six prowlers.}"Alright. We've found Maldius. Here's the plan."{Ardens points to the prowlers, bird draugr, and one dragon draugr.}"You all are going to go run recon. Get inside, assess the threats, find a dragon named Noxaura, locate the dark magic book, and sabatoge their infirmary. Send the bird when you have this information. Go!"{The recon team runs down a tunnel.}"The rest of you will be with me. Our mission priority is to capture Noxaura. The book is secondary. We only go for that if it's convenient. She won't be in her right mind. She's most likely wearing a cursed ring. If she puts up too much of a fight, cut her finger off. Theseus, deliver your message to Lennox as planned and bring the 'others'."{Theseus nods and goes down a different tunnel. Ardens suits up, grabs a variety of blades and a bag, and departs with the other six draugrs.}

Scratch narrowed his eyes. "Your mind is stronger than I thought, girl" He then walked in front of her, smacking his tail across her face painfully as he walked away. "Blackice!" He called. "Take a break from your disgusting experiments, our houseguest would like a word with you!"

Erebus looked into the fire. "It's getting late, if you three would like to get to Solaris in a timely fashion. You'd need to leave now."

( @Radiant about eight or so.){Kremos smiles and begins to leave.}"Noted. I'll investigate her last known whereabouts first and get back to you on anything I find. I will find the books and suspects, mark my words, your Highness."

Maldius sits there in the snow, breathing heavily. After a moment, he looks up at the sky, grinning as he laughs. "Ahh, that's better... ahahaha..." He then looks down at the dragon he brutally slaughtered before spreading his wings and taking flight once again. //I suppose I had better collect dragons for my servant now,// he muses as he glides casually on the wind.

(Oh, geeze, I don't usually count up all my OCs.
Well, ever since I re-started my account, I have 18. I have a ton more characters I've drawn on paper though. <xD)

Noxaura growled under her breath but didn't voice a complaint. She slowed her pace behind Scratch and observed the hall.

Teresa felt a little better at Nikita and Alfred words she looked at the fading light

He snaps his Talons and the flame of the fire goes out " Adventure is out there!!" He starts Marching In A Direction

{The draugr recon team arrives at the fortress first. The dragon draugr swoops low as the prowlers jump off and cling to the spires. Quickly sliding down, the squeeze through small openings in the ice and enter Maldius' domain. The dragon draugr that deployed them flies high above and waits, gradually circling the Wastes. The Necromancer is farther behind. As he and his team flies, He notices a familiar shape in the snow. It was Nanashi. //Hmm, perhaps he could help me. wouldn't hurt to ask.// The Necromancer and his draugrs land close to Nanashi and speaks. His helmet distorts his voice so that it is lower than usual.}"Wait, nameless one. I have something to ask."

Scratch hissed at Blackice's presence. "Ask her...." And with that, Scratch grabbed Nox's arm and yanked her forward. He noticed her ring, and grunted.

Ivy drew in a breath and carefully leaned close to the bars, close enough that Casta could slash her nose if he tried. 'We explored Solaris together and I left you alone while I went to see the king... and Maldius found you.' She tilted her head slightly, squinting at him, trying to see if there was any change in his demeanor. 'We're going to escape from here, but I really need you to remember everything.'

( Hahah the sad thing is most of my oc have story and my favorite one usually have more than one version. Some of my oc have been up to 10 different story XD
...But I guess that happens when you can't really read when your younger I had to make my own story :s )

Scratch eyed Nox. "From my experience, I believe that she is here to ask for her evil scrapbook back."

(Shadow: I guess I'm the opposite, half of my OCs don't have real stories and I barely use them... I have maybe 20-30 OCs who are my favourites.
But I really admire you and your characters, I can see you put a lot of time into them. X))

Noxaura growled at the physical contact and shook Scratch off. "I came to ask you, Black Ice, how that book is treating you. Not to take it back." She glared at him. //He shouldn't have that book, it's mine.// She disregarded her thoughts. "I have a gift."

Nanashi hearing wings he turned and look at the dark figure in armor he had familiar sight with him draugrs //this must be the Necromancer// he look at the Necromancer his blue eyes glowed in the night "yes Necromancer I do as well but speak first"

(Maldius: *flying lazily around while contemplating* Hmmm, to interact with peeps, or not to... that is the question...)

Alfred laughing "I have no idea!!"
Teresa look at Nikita with concerned

Ivy watched Casta worriedly, wondering if he could even speak after what had been done to him. 'Listen, you might not remember everything yet, but I want you to know that I'll return you to normal somehow, and we'll get out of here, and we'll kill Maldius. Somehow...' She sighed and pressed her muzzle against the bars, already knowing how much it sounded like wishful thinking.

{The Necromancer speaks.}"Are you familiar with a dragon named Maldius? He is a vile creature who makes his home here. He took someone. A friend of a friend. I'm here to get them back, and I could use your help, if you're willing."
{The Prowlers silently crawl along the ceiling. They split up into three teams of two. one heads for the infirmary, one heads for the dungeon, and one heads for the unmistakable presence of the book.}

Nitika sighed unhappily, but couldn't help but smile.
"Erebus, would you happen to know how to get to Solaris from here?"

Blackice they close the book and had hid Talons on it defensively his eyes darken "it... doing... just... fine..." he sneered at her
He's head rolled to the side and had a twisted smile "you...have... secrets...you...have...power....yes..."

Erebus raised his head. "Well we're close to the mountains I believe." He cocked his head to the side. "If you can find the bordering river, the one that leads into the Dragon Veins. From there you can travel north east and easily find Solaris."

"Ah." Nitika said, repeating this information in her mind so she wouldn't forget. "Thank you, again." She smiled briefly at Erebus before turning to Alfred. "I suppose we're not flying? I could get a better view from one of these trees..." She offered, gazing up at the trees around them.

{Kremos enters the dungeon to retrieve his anchored chain. After talking with the other guards and wrapping the chain around his tail, he exits the palace and heads towards Nox's known home, the non secret cave.}{Meanwhile, in Lennox's room, the shutter to one of his window if violently ripped of its hinges as Theseus kicks it into the room. It hits a stack of books, knocking it to the ground, spreading papers everywhere. Theseus speaks angrily as he enters the room.}"Lennox, you damn fool! One second after I leave, you give the book to Maldius!? What's wrong with you!?"

Ivy sighed again and was about to speak when she heard a faint noise somewhere nearby. She immediately stiffened. //Is someone else coming in?// she wondered. //It has to be Maldius or Blackice... or maybe that hideous beast Scratch...//

Noxaura smirked. "Well I don't like to boast, but I like to think I'm powerful." She clawed a rune into the ice and watched the silver fire appear. As quickly as it came it faded, leaving a pile of crumpled and torn papers. "These are my notes, I think you'd benefit from them. Would you like them?"

Scratch gave Blackice an old look. He was about to speak before his mind began to buzz. "Blackice" He hissed. "Keep an eye on our prisoner. I must check on something" With that, Scratch walked away. He walked down to the dungeon, looking around for any source of what his mind detected. //Must be some dumb exile.// He thought.

Nanashi snorted cool air when hearing the name Maldius "yes I know of him... he dangerous lives of many including my own friend..." his expression was serious as he thought about Macgyver
"I will do what I can help save your friend"
He was in deep thought " if you're going up against him you should know something...." he paused " I have seen Horrors in my life but.. he has something... something makes Abominations" he tosses the Necromancer Ice Cube with Frozen black liquid in it " whatever made that...is evil..." he eyes glowed

Maldius, after gathering several dragons with telekinesis, returns to his lair, but as he flies, he sees another dragon circling the area. The demon king throws his captives through the doors of his fortress before calling out to his servant. "BlackIce! Come here, I have more... meat for you to play with." Maldius does not wait for any reaction, but takes to the skies again, following the dragon, though he is unaware of its undead status.

Erebus smiled. "I'm sure you kids will find your way." He turned and began making his his way away from the small group.

"You!" He said, pointing to Ivy. "Was anyone here? Aside from this beast?" He asked, pointing to Casta.

Alfred rub the spot where he had to replace the broken tube " yeah I'm grounded for the moment give me a day or so" he chuckled still sore from the crash

{The Prowler team enters the dungeon. Upon seeing Casta, they stop. One hand signals something to the other. One crawls along the ceilng, carefully avoiding detection while the other stays hidden in a dark corner by the entrance. Another team enters the infirmary and silently drops to the ground. Quickly, the go through all the supplies, taking all of the antidotes. One peels off the labels while the other puts the labels on bottles of poison and carefully replaces them. Once all of the antidotes have been replaced, that team crawls back on the ceiling and heads back to their entry point. The last team is listening from the ceiling above the room where Nox, Scratch, and Blackice are.}

Ivy bared her teeth at Scratch, letting him see all the rage and frustration she'd been holding back. 'There's nobody here, you disgusting creature,' she hissed. 'And don't you dare call him a beast. What have you done to him?!'

Blackice head raised he made a sickening purr his eyes rolled " secrets...yes...more. ..secrets...more. ..
power..."

(Aggron, Scratch is in the dungeon right now too.)

Nitika nodded, approaching a nearby tree. She climbed up the side using her fake metal claws. Within a few moments, her head poked out from the leaves at the top.
"Oh! I think I see it..."
She dropped down and pointed towards the west. "I believe we should head that way."

Scratch smiled meniacly at Casta, before turning to Ivy. "I didn't do anything, Honey. I kept my promise to you. I SAVED him." He growled. "There is someone here! I can hear their mind, but NOT THEIR THOUGHTS!" He cried, rattling Ivy's cell bars in frustration.

Noxaura smiled warmly, she picked up the stack of papers and held them out. "You can have them, I just need a look at the book, I'll even help you if you need it."

( @Radient whoops, I'm slow. Just assume they saw him too.)

(Maldius: Oh snap, this is bad.)

Scratch whipped around to Casta. "DO YOUR JOB RIGHT! DONT LET HER ESCAPE!" He cried to him, before running back up to where Blackice and Nox were. "Stop hiding! I know you are here!" He roared at the ceiling, looking insane.

Alfred smiled " awesome! I knew it was right! " he started to walk bobbing his head
Teresa *giggle *

Ivy leaned back from the bars, wrinkling her nose in disgust and resisting the urge to spit some fire at him. 'There's nobody here! Maybe you're just going insane, sweetie. Oh wait, you already are.' She let out a harsh, mirthless cackle.

(Just for clarification, Scratch can't read the minds of the Dragurs. That's why he is flipping his lid)

Nitika followed behind Alfred and Teresa, occasionally looking up at the sky.

Ivy eyed Casta worriedly after Scratch ran out of the room, but didn't say anything.

Blackice eyes went black as he stretch his claw out towards the paper he started to drool black liquid " secrets...." he growled
Scratch yelling he jerked his head up and growled

{The dragon draugr notices Maldius following it. Upon seeing it, it gives out a loud howl and quickly begins to dive towards the snow. To a normal person, it sounds like a fearful shriek. However, it was to signal the Necromancer. The Necromancer nods to Nanashi and examines the cube. The helmet hides the look of horror he gives when he realizes what he's holding.}"It cant be..."{upon hearing the draugr howl, puts the cube in a bottle and puts the bottle into his bag.}"We don't have much time, Nameless One. follow me."{The Necromancer and his draugrs take flight, staying low to the ground, and land at a snowbank not far from the fortress.}

Alfred tubing now glowing in the dark of the night he was easy to see he bopping his head humming

{The Prowlers in the dungeon stay hidden, intent on waiting for Scratch to get frustrated and leave.}

Noxaura ignored Scratch's episode. "Ignore the wingless freak. I can help uncover the secrets of the book." She kept her paw steady as she held the pages.

(Scratch already left the dungeon)

Scratch hisses at the ceiling again, before whipping around at what Nox said. "YOU! You sent these intruders didn't you? Oh when I-" He cut himself off. Scratch snarled in annoyance, before slithering away again to check every room in the fortress.

Maldius watches the dragon's behaviour, but doesn't follow, instead, he turns and flies rapidly to his fortress. //All throughout my body, I can feel it... something is about to happen...//

{One of the Prowlers departs from Nox's location and heads for the entry point. Upon arriving, it meets up with the other one with all of the antidotes. Half of the antidotes are given to the bird draugr while the other half are disposed of.}{Meanwhile, the Necromancer puts on a white cloak over his armor and speaks to Nanashi.}"I've heard you're very skilled with ice magic. Can you make an artificial snowstorm for me? It will provide cover for us and help us escape when the time comes."

Blackice rolled his head back to her "secrets...." he slowly walk close to her
his mouth open black liquid start dripping just inches away for her face his eyes black " secrets...are...mine..." grab the papers

Throwing open the doors of his fortress, Maldius marches through the hall to his throne room and looks around. "Scratch! BlackIce! Come here, NOW!"

Noxaura locked her eyes with Black Ice's. "I can show you more...much more." She held still and kept her gaze on the dragon in front of her. "The book has secrets only seen by the trained eye."

{The Prowlers in the dungeon mobilize again. After finding no other prisoners then Ivy, they remain hidden until they hear the signal.}

Nanashi smiled " how cold do you want it? Enough for cover or do you want hell to freeze"he shakes and his ice armor forms on him

Ivy snarled and looked around cautiously, hearing noises in the dungeon but unable to see anything. //I think the brute was right, there IS someone in here.//

Scratch bolted to Maldius. "Intruders- In the fortress!" He said, attempting to get his breath back.

Maldius lowers his head to look at Scratch at eye-level. "WHERE!? Are they dead yet?!"

Blackice suede his head in front of her, and did a sick purr at her words "... secrets...are...mine...everything...is...mine...." he look to the door when he heard Maldius call he did a twisted smile at her "...not...only. .. puppet..."

{The Necromancer grins beneath his helmet.}"Freeze hell. Maldius deserves nothing less."{The bird draugr flies up to them.}"Report"
Bird:"Nox is inside with three other hostiles, including Maldius. She's in a room on the west side of the fortress with one of them. Sir, she's helping them."{The Necromancer nods, takes the antidotes, gives the bird poison bottles, and sends it off}"Whenever you're ready, Nameless one. Start this party up."

Scratch hissed. "I haven't found them yet! But they are here somewhere, I can hear their minds!" He cried.

Noxaura's ears flattened against her head. She refused to budge from her position however, she wouldn't show fear to anyone.

(Heads up, I have maybe an hour before my wifi is turned off.)

Nanashi grand and close his eyes he rears up on his hind legs and spreading his wings he started to moves his arms in a summoning motion. An Aurora appeared in the sky the temperature drop below freezing as snow began to fall the wind gets harder and faster he moves his arms quicker and the Storm picks up he raises his arms and his claws come out he slams them into the ground and his eyes open up glowing as he roars as a the storm look like a wall as it engulfs the Fortress with snow and razor sharp hail

Maldius growls, pacing in circles around the Pool of Visions for a minute or so before an idea strikes him, and he walks back to Scratch, again lowering his head, but this time to whisper in his servant's ear. "Scratch, our enemies have come for Noxaura. I shall make a secret exit to my fortress, you, Noxaura, and BlackIce will leave using it. I shall remain here to stall our enemies. Get as far away from here as you can, the serpent around your neck will guide me to you once I am finished here."

Scratch nods. "I will not fail you." He then slithers away, awaiting this secret exit to appear.

{The Necromancer laughs evily and claps his hands.}"You don't disappoint."{He then raises his hand to the fortress. All of the corpses that decorate the fortress begin to spring to life. They break their skewers and gather at the front of the fortress. The bird draugr drops the poison bottles onto the dragon draugrs, covering them with poison. They then charge the front doors and break the clean off the hinges and begin to storm the hallways.}"Follow me."{The Necromancer and his draugrs head for the west side of the fortress, expecting Nanashi to follow.}

Maldius grins faintly, then looks around at everything, maling sure he isn't being spyed upon. He then focuses on the nearest wall, and using his Mysic element to manipulate the stone and ice of the fortress, he causes a tunnel to form in the wall, or, rather, more like a slide, leading steeply downwards. "Go, get the other two." Maldius commands.

Blackice started to Circle her "...you...have... Secrets I want!" He voice was demonic as he quickly got in front of her face again

(Maldius: Why can't you go any slower, Necromaaannnceerrr?!?)

( @Lilly because I've gtg for an hour in ten minutes.)

(Aggron: if you need to do anything important with Ivy, can we do it as soon as possible? I can't stay much longer, unfortunately.)

Noxaura growled, her eyes followed him carefully. "Indeed, things only I will ever know. Which means you should watch your step." She backed up when his face came up to her's again.

Maldius: It was a genius plan, too........... Scratch, do we still have the Inhaling Device of Popsicles!?)

Scratch nodded again. He ran towards the others. "Blackice! Follow me!" He took out his knife, pointing it at Nox. "You as well." He snarled. He began to walk fast towards the exit, expecting them to follow.

(Well, since as my wifi will probably be off when Aggron comes back, I might drop out now. Anything important I need to do will have to wait till next time.)

Scratch leaded the two out the exit and into the cold terrain. He whipped around to Blackice and Box. "Now we sit, and wait." He shivered in the cold. "You!" He pointed to Nox. "Summon us a fire so we don't freeze!"

Before sealing up the secret tunnel, Maldius runs downstairs, grabs Casta, runs back upstairs, and throws Casta down the tunnel. //I want to keep him around,// he thinks, before waiting for his enemies to approach him.

Noxaura frowned. "How about I summon a fire to burn your scales off? That'll keep you warm." She sunk her claws into the snow and glared at Scratch.

Sherry sits awake, reluctant to sleep, even though it is well past her bedtime. The little dragonet looks out the window of the inn, stargazing.

Scratch glared at Socks. "HE already did that to me, Noxuara." Scratch noted to the burned stumps on his back.

Scratch grinned. "Seems like he has missed a few places as well." He said, pointing to a small burn mark on her hand that she must've received when she pinned Macgyver in the battle.
He got close to the fire, and began to sing a little. "All the single ladies, all the single ladies..."

After Ardens left him, Erwen exited the palace and flew down into Solaris. He was deep in thought as he walked down the near empty paths.

Mac smiled at the pillows Sherry made. But to his horror, he noticed a small tear in the seams. "No!" He squaked. "I need to find her!"

(Plus it would be fun because I don't think Mac and Erwen like each other that much. Sherry could resolve the peace. Just an idea X3 )

Sherry sees Erwen walking down the path just beside the inn she's staying in, and smiles, waving to him. "Hello, Prince Erwen!" the cheerful dragonet calls out quietly.

"Oh no, my pillow has a tear in it! I must go out in the middle of the night, on a journey to find the one dragonet who can repair my pillow!")

Mac fumbled to stand up. He quickly flew out of his window toward the nearest inn where he suspected Sherry was staying. He continued to fly up the stairs, leaving a baffled clerk staring at him. He nicked on the closest door, hoping it to be Sherry. A big, fat dragon came to the door and glared at him. Mac smiled awkwardly and walked away, continuing to nick on almost every single door.

Erwen raised his head and turned towards the voice. "Sherry, what are you doing up so late?" He smiled anyways, he was happy to see the dragonette.

Noxaura glared at Scratch and tucked her burned paw under the snow.

(*Smashes through window* I"M BACK)

But if he didn't, he'd try to fix it himself, probably ending up stabbing himself. He'll get mad and set the pillow on fire, and probably kick it out the window, burning yet another angry dragon XD)

Erwen nodded in thanks to Sherry and slowly entered her room. He didn't notice Mac until he arrived at the room as well.

Mac blinked at the door. "Please please not be another crack pot dragon, please pleaseeee" He looked at the door. And once it opened, he looked at Sherry nervously. "PILLOW EMERGENCY" He yelped a little too loudly.

Maldius lies on his throne, holding his head high as he awaits the coming attack.

Scratch continued to sing. He felt compelled to annoy Nox for some reason. "If you like it then you should of put a ring ON IT!!!" He sang loudly, pointing at Nox's ring.

Erwen flinched at Macgyver's loud tone. "Would you keep it down?! You'll wake everyone!"

Blackice sat there with cold black eye

{The rumbling of footsteps shakes the entire fortress. However, it suddenly goes silent. All at once, the walls around Maldius explode outward as the draugrs charge Maldius from all sides. On the west side, the Necromancer creates a large fireball and melts a large entrance for him and those with him to enter.}"Let's go, carefully. If you see Nox, let me talk to her first."

Mac was startled to see Erwen. "You!" He coughed, nearly dropping his teared pillow. "Uh- I mean- hello."

"A pillow emergency!?" Sherry squeaks, "Let me see!"

"C'mon Blackice! Sing with me!" Scratch said. "Oh oh ohhhh oh oh oh ohhh oh oh" He sang, before bursting out in laughter.
"What? Tough crowd?"

Nanashi nodded As he followed
He smiled to himself // a Fortress of ice...//

Nitika stayed close to Alfred as they walked through the forest. It was so dark, that she knew she would easily get lost if she were separated from the group.
(At least, it was night when I left. I dunno anymore. xD)

"Here" He handed the pillow to Sherry, pointing to the tear. He kept his gaze away from Erwen, his tail lashing slightly at the Prince's presence.

Noxura growled. "Just shut up you wingless freak." The flames flickered growing stronger and weaker rapidly.

Erwen looked at Mac skeptically. "A pillow emergency?"

Alfred tubing now glowing in the dark of the night he was easy to see he bopping his head " are we there yet are we there yet are we there yet are we there yet are we there yet are we there yet"

Scratch grinned again. "Oh feisty, are you?" He laughed slightly. "Hey- Stop doing that, it's bothering me." He said to Nox with the flicker of the fire.

Blackice "ha.ha.ha.ha...."

Mac nodded at Erwen. "Yes, my pillow ripped." He said gruffly to him.

( @Griff I think you missed it, but a very angry Theseus stormed into Lennox's room a while back. He kind of made a mess of his books, if you want to address that.)

"Nope, but I think I hear the river up ahead..." Nitika said, quickening her pace a little.

Lennox sighed, watching all of his pages and books fly everywhere. "I didn't give him the book, he waited, listening to us. He stole it!"

Erwen narrowed his eyes. "I see..." He turned away and avoided making eye contact with Mac.

Noxaura grinned, the flames were now flickering on command. "Is it now?"

Sherry examines the torn pillow carefully, then smiles. "Don't worry, I can fix it!" She then turns to smile at Erwen. "Mister Mac is a friend of mine, Prince Erwen! You guys can come in, I'll get the stuff to fix the pillow!" she declares, bouncing into the room.

{Theseus mounts a different stack of books and glares down at Lennox.}"Hold on, he took it? You're King Lennox, Guardian of the Innocent, and he just 'took' it? So, the Eggplant walked in, beat your arse, and TOOK your book!? Is that even possible?"

(Sorry for the late reply, I was being attacked by annoying little childrens!)

Alfred "haha! Great going Navigator!" As he followed behind
Teresa "what for meeeee!" As She chased after them
Alfred "come on slowpoke!" He Chuckles
Teresa catching up to him "I'm not that slow I might?" She look at him worried

Maldius calmly observes the chaos around him, rather upset at the damage to his fortress, but not showing it. Growling, he declares, "You won't find what you seek here."

Lennox glared up at the draugr. "Do you know how hard it is to stand these days? To BREATHE?!" He stiffled another cough and tried to maintain his glare.

Nitika giggled, "I still think you two are cute." she teased.

{The draugrs immediately grab Maldius and pull him off his throne, their claws sinking into his flesh. They speak in unition.}"If what we want is revenge on you, then what we seek IS here!"{The proceed to violently tear at his flesh and attack his wing membranes. the poison their covered in dripping from them. The Necromancer looks and finds no sign of Nox. He signals to a prowler on the ceiling.}"Where is she?"
Prowler:"She went with the other hostiles into the throne room. I haven't seen anyone leave yet."{The Necromancer heads towards the throne room without another word.}

Blackice "she...gone...now...no...more...happy. ...family. ...she. ..did...it...its...she... fault..."

Scratch growled. "Do not mess with me, girly." There was a soft click, and Scratch was now holding his two bejeweled knives.

"Thanks Sherry" Mac said quietly

{Theseus snorts.}"I'm well aware of your sickness! So, why didn't you take more care if you knew that you couldn't protect it! Where were those guards you love so much? Oh, that's right, they're useless and YOU know it! Now, your greatest enemy is in possession of an evil power, and it's all YOUR fault!"

Noxaura cast a weary glance towards Black Ice before looking back at Scratch. She narrowed her eyes at the knives he held.

Erwen sighed before looking up Mac. "I'm sorry for pushing you over in the hall."

Alfred bounced around the girls staying ahead of Teresa " come on slowpoke!" He teased her
Teresa still chasing him "ahhh slow down! "
Alfred stop suddenly when they reach the water and Teresa run into him and fell backwards
Teresa "ohhff"
Alfred look back at her "looks like you caught me! " He chuckled
Teresa " that wasn't nice!" She pouted
Alfred did a big grin " gotta watch where you're going princ---..." His voice tapered off at the end
Teresa looked at him puzzled

Nanashi just followed keeping an eye on his surroundings he could smell something faint the same smell at the scene with all the blood and black liquid //it here...//

Nitika caught up to the two of them at the riverbank.
"Now we just follow the river until we get to the mountains?... I think...." She looked up and down the river.
"I suppose that means this way, the forest starts to thin out here..." She began following the river north.

Lennox lowered his head. "I wasn't planning on him attacking so soon. If I had known I would have fought harder." He sighed. "You're right, it is my fault."

The dark dragon growls, using his Mystic energy to create a blast of wind and lightning to knock the draugrs away. He then rises to his feet, his scales glittering with an unusual, purple light. "Vile, wretched creatures! Were you not satisfied being killed once, so you've come to me again?" Maldius rises up on his hind legs and lets out a deep roar, his scales clearly glowing a bright purple as flames flicker around him. The dark king then slams his claws into the ground, the power of his roar intensifying as his scales burst into bright, Mystic flames.

(I got interrupted like, 3 times trying to write that post 'vAv)

Scratch noticed Nox staring at his knives. "Taking a fancey to my blades, eh? They are enchanted... To make sure the victim always keeps the scar..."
Mac gave him a weary smile. "It's okay. Is everything alright?"

(Pretend there was a space there please)

Blackice was rocking in place "no...no...not....good...the...loud..one...said...she ....not ....home...she....needs...to...be...home....yes....back...to...home....no...no...the...one...need...to...DIE!" He started to laugh

Scratch patted Blackice's back. "Calm down buddy before you... Pee yourself..."

Sherry quietly hums a tune while fixing Mac's pillow.

Noxaura growled under her breath before staring into the flames. "Us being here won't stop them, they'll keep looking. You abandoned your master for nothing."

Erwen shook his head. "No, but it will be eventually."

(Maldius: [to BlackIce] Think about boxes and socks, buddy.)

{The draugrs get back up and charge again through the flames. One of the flaming draugrs speaks as it slams into Maldius. It's the voice of the draugr commander that had insulted him.}"Oi, Eggplant, remember me? We met in the forest a few nights ago! I told you we'd meet again soon!"{He then wipes some poison off of himself and digs it into Maldius with his claws.}"'Have fun with that!"{The Necromancer approaches as the mystic flames reach the doorway. He stops to avoid gettin burned, then peers in once the flames die down a little. He signals for his group to stop.}"It's just Maldius. Wait for the poison, then we make him talk."{The Necromancer stays just out of sight.}

{Theseus crosses his arms.}"So, at least your not so blinded by pride that you're willing to admit your mistakes. That's a good sign. We'll get the book from him, even if we have to pry it from his cold, dead claws. I didn't just come here to yell at you. I also came to tell you how to deal with Maldius. We've found his weaknesses, and I'm going to share that info with you."{With Lennox's attention completely on Theseus, the window behind Lennox opens. Silently, two Prowlers scuttle up the wall and hide in the rafters above.}

Maldius twitches slightly--he recognizes that voice! "YOU!!!!" he roars, his eyes instantly glowing yellow, to the point it's near impossible to see his pupils, and he lunges at the familiar draugr, ignoring the others attacking him. //"YOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"//

Blackice he dug his claws into the ice "...she...did...this..." laughter spitting black liquid "save...the...one...kill...the...other. ...kill...it"
Shakes head "no...no... Serene...wouldn't... like...that...no..."

Scratch suddenly hissed. "Don't do that Blackice! Stop it! You-" He cut off. Scratch looked around in the snow, his back arched and his knives ready.

Nitika was exhausted by the time they arrived at the outskirts of Solaris. She'd been traveling for a long time with little to no sleep, and was finally feeling the effects of it.
She let out a sigh, "Finally... Let's find a place to stay the night."

Noxaura put out the fire, letting darkness cover the area. She kept one eye on Black Ice as she began backing away.

After repairing Mac's pillow, Sherry holds the item above her head triumphantly. "Da-da-da-daaaahhh! Mister Mac, I fixed your pillow!" she exclaims, forgetting how late it is.

Scratch turned to Nox angrily. "Do you want to be rescured? Do you want to go back to Solaris?"

Mac nodded to Erwen. "I hope it gets better. You startled me there, I thought someone died or something."

{The draugr commander rears up and grabs onto Maldius. He laughs in Maldius' face.}Oooooh, whats'a matter? Ya angry? Well, good luck killin' me this time, I'm not a lil' hooman anymore! This time..."{He shoves Maldius back and claws him across the face.}"...I've got real power!"{The other draugrs are basically just hanging off of Maldius with their teeth and claws sunken into him.}

Mac smiled happily. "Thank you Sherry!

Erwen shifted uncomfortably. "Heh yeah...that would be terrible." He looked over to Sherry's work. "It looks great, good as new."

Alfred nodded he's head at Nikita
" well I can Mark that off my list to do, visit Solaris!"
Teresa look taking in her surroundings
"I'm tried to"

Alfred " let's find a place and don't worry about the price it's my treat!"

Blackice eye where black and he open his mouth as black liquid rolled out of it just just before the light dimmed out "....meat. ..."

"Thanks, Alfred." Nitika grinned, looking tired.
She approached the city, feeling nervous every step closer that she took. "I certainly hope they don't mind two Chrysos dragons just waltzing it." She chuckled.

{After searching Nox's cave and finding nothing, Kremos goes back to Solaris. He things aloud to himself as he walks through the deserted streets.}"Nothing. She clearly had a bug out plan in case she had to leave quick. Those books must be pretty serious. Hmm. I'll have to talk with the last people to have seen her. I'll start that tomorrow. Everyone's asleep right now."

Noxaura quickly got out of reach of Black Ice. "Personally I'd rather be in Solaris right now instead of with him."

Maldius snarls furiously, several of his scales spontaneously bursting into flames, and he opens his mouth as if to breathe fire, but instead a piercing beam shoots out of his mouth at the draugr--Maldius' Mystic element in a beam of pure energy.

Alfred care free walk "it should be fine! I have permission to be across the border"

Teresa look tired to

"Good..." Nitika sighed, looking much more calm.
She entered the city with Alfred and Teresa. "See an inn anywhere?" She anxiously scanned the buildings for a sign of sorts, wanting nothing more than to curl up and go to sleep.

Sherry hands the pillow back to Macgyver. "You're welcome, Mister Mac! I'm happy I could help!" She then sits on the floor and smiles at Erwen. "Prince Errrrwweeennn, why are you up so late?" Sherry asks in a sing-song voice.

Alfred as looking around "no not that one...hmmm not that one ether"
He stop in front of a nice looking inn "this one looks good! " he smiled

{The draugr looks down at his chest. The beam left a gaping hole all the way through. He then charges Maldius with everything he has and knocks him onto his back.}"Hold 'im down, boys!"{The other draugrs let go of Maldius and then grab his limbs and hold his mouth shut.}"Yer not getting another one of those off, Egg-Boi."{He then proceeds to jump on Maldius and claw and bite at his underside.}"Now, tell me, how does it feel to be helpless? That how most of these guys around me felt when you killed 'em. Doesn't feel so great, does it?"

Erwen smiled. "I've just been working, trying to help out some friends." He looked around the room before focusing on Sherry again. "Why are you up so late?"

Scratch whips around and snarled at Blackice. "Knock it off! The enemy will be here any minute looking for Nox!" And with that, Scratch hit Blackice across the face with the hilt of one of his blades, the equal of being punched across the face.

Mac silently watched the two talk, feeling conftorable being in their presence. //Bo more silly hallucinations// He thought.

"Good! Let's get some rooms, then." Nitika entered the inn, excited to finally get some rest.

{Kremos snaps out of his thoughts when he sees Alfred and the other dragons he doesn't recognize. //Who are they? Two of 'em smell like Chrysos. I'd better investigate.// He quickly walks after them.}

Maldius lets out a furious, muffled roar and uses telekinesis to throw the draugrs off of him. The mad dragon rises quickly, and looks about ready to try the same attack--but then lurches forward with a shriek, coughing up blood and shuddering as the effects of so much poison begins to kick in.

"That's nice of you," Sherry says with a smile to Erwen, but then her smile fades to a frown as her ears fold back. "I just... I'm kinda scared of sleeping tonight... I had a scary dream last night, I'm afraid I'll have another one..."

Noxaura looked between Black Ice and Scratch. "That's it, you just need to slap him and he's fine? Well now I wish I burned him"

Erwen looked down at Sherry worridly. "A bad dream? Would you like to tell me about it?"

Alfred open the door and let them in " after you my lady" Teresa with in and look around it was a really nice inn " wow!"
Alfred when to the inn keeper and was talking to him. he look at the girls and smiled and back to the inn keeper he pull some currency out of his bag and gave it to the keeper. The keepers eye got big looking at what he gave him and nodded his head. Alfred walk over to them and smiled " it's all taken care of! 2 rooms 3 beds anything you need just ask one of the attendants and you should be good!"

{Upon seeing this, the draugr laughs obnoxiously}"Oi, you aint lookin so hot! Oh, right, we poisoned you!"{The draugr swiftly claws Maldius across the face as the other draugrs try to regain their submission hold on Maldius.}"Aww, no more fight in ya? Too bad, I was just getting warmed up."

"Wow..." Nitika felt like she should ask how Alfred had so much money, but the thought soon faded as she thought about sleeping. "Thank you so much Alfred." She smiled at him.
Then she suddenly yawned, "I think I'm going to head to the room..."

Blackice shakes he's haed his eyes yellow again

{Kremos runs into the hotel after Alfred and the others.}"Stop right there! Solaris guard!"{He approaches Alfred with a badge.}"Identify yourselves."

"Well..." Sherry explains, "I remember I was here in Aquilam, but the sky was really dark, the clouds were black and purple, and there bright purple fires everywhere..." She sniffles a bit, shaking, "I remember there were a lot of people just lying on the ground, and they were on fire too... and... and then..." Sherry brings her wings and tail around herself, covering her face as she starts crying. "Then this really scary, giant m-monster suddenly came out of the clouds and landed in front of me and roared at me, i-it was so scary, M-mister Prince Erwen... I've never seen anything so scary before...!"

Nitika suddenly froze when the Solaris guard came running into the hotel. //Oh no...// She thought, feeling nervous again.

Alfred turns his head and waves at the guard Carefree like. "I'm Alfred!" He looks at the guard puts out a hand to shake " what's your name?"

Teresa jump at sudden appearance of the Guard *Squeak*

Erwen wrapped one of his wings around Sherry. "Hey don't worry, it was just a dream, dreams aren't real." He looked out the window, seeing it was still dark. "You can still get some sleep."

Maldius roars again, seemingly incapable of intelligable speech, and breathes a fireball at the draugrs attempting to hold him down, which then explodes into an almost acidic substance.

Nitika stood in between Teresa and the guard, trying not to shake from being nervous. //Don't screw this up, Alfred...// She thought.

Sherry hugs Erwen tightly, crying on his shoulder. "Are you sure their not real, Prince Erwen..?" she asks quietly.

{Kremos gives an almost confused look.//Oh, that's not the reaction I usually get.//}"Um, I'm Kremos."{Shakes his hand.}"Ahem, do you mind telling me where you all come from? I've never seen you before, and you smell of Chrysos. Are you from Chrysos?"

Mac suddenly sounded concerned. "Fire? A-Sherry was this recently?"

Scratch hissed in frustration. "Did ya have a better idea, Princess?"

{The substance sizzles as it contacts the draugrs, but they show no signs of letting up.}"Acid, eh? Y'know, that tends to work better when your opponent feels pain. We don't."{The draugr commander punches Maldius in the stomach, hoping to get him to collapse.}

Erwen smiled. "I'm positive. I'm sure it's just because you've been around magic for so long." He looked over at Mac as if asking for help.

Noxaura hissed. "Do not call me that, and yes, fire. Fire helps everything."

"I saw the scary dream last night, Mister Mac..." Sherry replies quietly.

Alfred had a friendly smile
"Nice to meet you Kremos! " chuckled " sure I don't mind, me and my friend here are from Chrysos" he pointed to Nikita with a smile "and my other friend here is of Aquilam " he pointed to Teresa

Teresa meditated with her necklace not sure what to do

Blackice rude his head and just sat there

Scratch grinned. "If fire helps everything, then why were you almost killed a week or so ago?"
Mac looked at Erwen, his eyes were unfocused and tired bags lay under them. "Yes, Aqualam can cause some weird dreams." But that wasn't true. If it was, then why was Mac having a recurring nightmare every night for the first time in his life?
He smiled at her. "Dreams... And nightmares can be triggered by things. You see ever since Nox l- I mean ever since my fight last week, I've been having a weird dream. It's natural" //That's not true//

The dark dragon chokes on more of his blood as he falls over, the poison sapping his strength. Despite this, he still struggles to rise again as quickly as he is able... which isn't very quick at all.

{Kremos gives a serious expression.}"Is that so. May I see your visitation papers please?" (In order for Chrysos dragons to cross the border, they either need to be invited, or obtain specific Visitation paperwork, right, @Griff?)

Nitika awkwardly cleared her throat, "Um... Hello." She tried to keep her voice steady, but she wasn't doing a very good job. //Ugh, if anything, I'll screw this up.// She thought.

Sherry lets go of Erwen and sits on the ground again. "I don't know, Mister Mac... I've only had one scary dream before this one, I almost always have happy dreams..."

Erwen tensed when Nox was brought up. //I cannot tell him, we need to keep that a secret.// "I'm sure all the panicking is altering your dreams, it'll all come to pass."

Noxaura glared at Scratch. "Well fire was quite helpful in burning off your wings."

{The draugr commander grins maliciously at this.}"Time for the real test!"{He leans right up in Maldius' face.}"Ahem, I think you're a pitiful excuse for a dragon, and a worse excuse for an eggplant!"{He steps back to see if Maldius has the strength to tear free from his captors and rip his head off.}

Mac suddenly jumped at something outside at the window. He quickly dismissed it. "It's natural, Sherry. But, is something bothering you? Are you scared about something?"

Scratch looks at the sky in confusion. "Why aren't any enemies here yet? I'd think they'd be smarter."

Mac suddenly flinched at Erwen's expression. "You're hiding things from me." He said, his voice starting to get worried and desperate. "She isn't okay isn't she? That- the blood- Erwen, is something wrong?!?"

(Draugrs to Scratch."As soon as we get your master to tell us where you went, you're going to have to wait.")

Erwen shook his head frantically. "I can't do this right now Macgyver! Right now Sherry is upset." He cleared his face of emotion. "You are alright Sherry...right?"

Alfred tilted his head" oh yeah that's right hang on!" He starts digging in his bag and pulls out some paperwork and show it to him " here you go!"

Maldius roars at the insult, mustering up enough strength to raise his upper half, Mystic energy building in his mouth as he charges his beam attack. As the demonic dragon is about to unleash it, however, he slowly starts falling over again, throwing off his aim and causing him to fire the beam off above the draugr's head, blasting a hole in the fortress' roof and into the sky. Maldius promptly falls to his side afterward, closing his eyes as he draws deep breaths.

Noxaura rolled her eyes. "They're all undead monsters, I highly doubt they have intelligence." She looked over at Scratch with a bored expression.

(Scratch to Dragurs: Whatever, you still are stupid)

Macgyver's brain was a jumbled mess. He could barely think right. His mind kept flashing back to the page in his book. Was she okay? Did he find her?
"Y-yeah Sherry- Are you okay? I-I'm sorry..."

"Yeah... I guess so... I just don't want to have another scary dream about the big purple monster..." Sherry replies quietly.

Scratch growled. "True, but either way, they are looking for you. "

Mac smiled. "We can stay for a little longer, until you fall asleep if you want. I wouldn't mind."

{The draugr commander laughs loudly. Ice from the blizzard is streaming in from the hole in the ceiling.}"He's done! Ha! GG no RE!"{Upon hearing this, the Necromancer enters the room. He orders his armored draugrs to secure Maldius. At this, they produce chains and bind Maldius' wings, legs, and muzzle, not completely, however. Just enough to let him speak, but not open it all the way to attack.}Necromancer:" Talk, creature! Noxaura! Where is she!"

Erwen patted Sherry's head lightly. "If us, or one of us staying will help you sleep than so be it. You need rest." He kept his gaze off Mac for the time being.

Noxaura sighed. "Sadly, but oh well." She lit a fire again, the silver light dancing over the snow. "I think it's time we parted ways, I'm not getting caught by those things."

Nanashi leaned against the well on the other side just listening waiting

(Maldius: I feel so undignified right now. *crii*)

Maldius growls as the draugrs bind him, and he struggles weakly against them. He only coughs up blood and moans in response to the Necromancer's question.

Scratch whipped around so fast, his knife dangorously close to Nox's throat. "I don't think so. I've got specific orders to keep you trapped. You are our prisoner, anyway."

Mac smiled at Sherry. He sat on the floor, attempting to get the room to a cozy warm temperature.

{Kremos examines the paperwork.}"Mmhm, this appears to be in order. And what about her?"{He points to Nikita} (Next time.)

Sherry smiles faintly. "Thank you, Mister Mac, Prince Erwen, it'd make me happy if you both could stay with me..."

{The Necromancer becomes angered at this.}"Search the room!"{He then puts a claw on Maldius' shoulder. Using his Dark Magic, the flesh on Maldius' shoulder begins to decay slowly.}"You feel that, creature? This can more painful if you want. Give me what I want, or get ready to hurt."

Noxaura growled, making direct eye contact with Scratch. "I will be leaving, and those knives won't stop me." She glanced around at her surroundings quickly.

Erwen smiled. "Of course, anything for a friend." He settled down in a corner by the door.

Mac smiled again. "Anything for Aqualam's V.I.P visitor" He said playfully.

Scratch hissed. "I'm not afraid of a little magic, girly.." He glanced slightly to his left. "Blackice, I could use your help you crazed lunatic"

Maldius wheezes, he can't feel the pain of the Necromancer's magic to its fullest extent, as the poison in his system is beginning to cause his body to go numb. His mind and reasoning is beginning to return as well. "Gone..." the dark dragon mutters. "Nox.... auraahh... gone..."

{Meanwhile, back at Solaris, Theseus continues to speak.}"Maldius has five weaknesses. Poison, Paralysis, Gravity Manipulation, Telekenesis, and Dark Magic. Arm your guards and yourself with at least one of these. Got it, Lennox?"

"Thanks, you guys... you're the best." Sherry smiles happily, curling up beside Macgyver. She goes quiet a moment before asking, "Have you guys ever seen a black dragon with purple eyes or an icy, grey dragon... thing with no head before?"

Lennox nodded in understanding. "Many guards know lighting magic, and I'm sure the medics can begin brewing poisons." He paused. "My son...could help."

(Maldius: Mai sekretz, nuuuuuu.

@Shadow It'll make for a cute scene when they meet, I bet! X3 )

Blackice looks at Scratch and then to Noxaura he snorts cold air "what do you what me to do!? I can't just freeze her master would be mad! "

{The Necromancer's anger intensifies}"Gone where?!"{As he says this, a draugr approaches.}"Sir, we've found a hidden tunnel!"{The Necromancer investigates this tunnel, then throws a blade to the draugr commander.}"If Maldius makes any wrong moves, kill him! Alpha team, Nameless One, on me!"{The Necromancer enters the tunnel with his armored draugrs.}(Before I continue, are Nox and the rest of them in the tunnel, or are they outside?)

Scratch hissed again in annoyance. "I don't want you to freeze her, you idiot! I just want you to help make sure she doesn't run away!"

Macgyver looked at Sherry, a little bit concerned. "A dragon with no head? Why no Sherry. Why?"

(Maldius: I'm already dying of poison, at this point I can die by doing nothing <_>

Nanashi got off the wall followed giving Maldius a dark look snorting cold air he look straight ahead and continue to follow the Necromancer

Erwen cocked his head to the side. "Were they from your dream, or have you actually seen them before?"

Noxaura huffed and flames surrounded her paws. "They'll be coming soon, I won't be here when they do." She leapt backwards out of Scratch's reach then into the air.

"They were from the first scary dream I ever had," Sherry says quietly, "It was a long time ago, just before Mom and Dad disappeared. Actually, I think it was only a few days before they went missing..." The little dragonet pauses a moment, thoughtfully. "I think they took my parents away..."

Scratch looked up at the sky in anger. "NO! GET HER!" He cried to Blackice. Scratch grabbed one of his knives, tossing it with perfect aim at Nox.

Mac snuggled close to Sherry. 'No little one, don't think about it. Get some rest, you need it."

{Theseus dismounts the book stack.}"Yes, as I've heard, he harbors great power. That is, if he learns to control it. You should have a talk with him next time he's around. He'll likely be glad to help."

Maldius lies on the ground, no longer putting up a fight, and the only sound he makes is the sound of his deep, gasping breaths.

Blackice spread his wings and took off after her "I can't let you get away master will be mad!"

Noxaura quickly tried to dodge the knife but howled in pain when it tore through her wing membrane.

Erwen nodded. "Mac is right, don't think about the nightmares, instead...focus on all the dragons you've made happy recently."

Scratch, not willing to wait for Blackice, darted away, running after Nox at almost the same speed she was flying. He watched to see what his knife would do.

Sherry continues thinking about the dream, but her eyelids begin to droop. "I remember I heard a voice, too... it said... 'Your fate shall come to you quickly... but you will not be ready to accept it'..."

(My comment was a bit slow, let's just say she said that before Erwen did.)

Mac looked back down at her in concern. "It is just misjumbled dreams, don't worry about it"

Blackice was able to catch up to Noxaura and he grabbed her "your not going! Master will be mad!"

{The draugr commander chuckles.}"Oh, how the mighty have fallen."{The Necromancer exits the tunnel and sees the commotion. He yells commands at his draugrs in the language of ancient humans. At this, four armored draugrs take to the air in pursuit of Nox. The last two follow with the Necromancer as he follows her along the ground.}"Nameless one, if she passes close enough to you, get her out of the sky, but don't shatter her!" (And gtg for about thirty minutes.)

Scratch's knife appeared back in his hand, and he watched Blackice and Nox struggle. He had his knives ready to throw again just in case.

Erwen sighed. "Forget all that for now Sherry. You're safe, get some sleep." He looked over at Mac briefly before focusing on Sherry again.

Noxaura groaned in pain and whipped around, digging her claws into Black Ice's arms. "Let me go!"

Sherry yawns, feeling safe knowing that Erwen and Mac are with her. "Ok..." she mumbles, before closing her eyes.

After a long moment of silence, Maldius speaks again, but now his voice sounds different. He doesn't sound like the tyrannical, malevolent dragon bent on destroying Aquilam, his voice has changed, his is the voice of a dragon who has suffered for ages. Almost inaudible, he calls out... ".... Father...? Are you there...?"

Blackice cry in pain as Noxaura clawed at his arm dark blood came from the wound "master will be mad if you escape!" He try to keep his grip but the pain was getting to him

Noxaura bared her teeth preparing to bite Black Ice if needed. "Let me go, you already abandoned your master. He'll be mad anyways."

Erwen looked cautiously towards Mac. //I don't want to tell him, especially when we have no proof.//

Scratch circled the two below. //What do I do? What do I do? Think, THINK!//

Mac glanced at Erwen. "I'm here to help. You can trust me, I promise." He said quietly, so he wouldn't wake up Sherry.
"I'm your father's advisor and your soon to be if you decide to not fire me. It's my job to help you."

(I misread that as "I'm your Advisor's father.")

Blackice had a look of confusion "i--I wouldn't abandon master!"

Erwen hissed silently. "It's not that I don't trust you, I'm worried how you'll react." He looked at his claws. "It's to my knowledge you two were in...a um relationship? Maybe."

Noxaura growled and pushed Black Ice away with new strength but her damaged wing couldn't support her and she fell to the ground.

Scratch grinned happily, running up to Nox. He pined her to the ground, his knife making sure she couldn't move away without being cut. "I told you that you weren't going anywhwere..."

Erwen sat there silently. "Well then, this shouldn't affect you too much." He shifted, feeling uncomfortable again. "The blood was her's."

Noxaura looked up at Scratch before going limp under his claws. She was too exhausted to keep fighting.

"Oh" Mac said, looking down at his tail. "She is in trouble isn't she?" It took all of his strength not to scream, not to get upset. //I was right! Ardens and Azurus told me she was going to be okay, but I said Maldius was going to find her.// For some reason, he felt.... Guilty?
Scratch smiled triumphantly. "You are our prisoner."

Macgyver looked at Erwen, worry apon his face. "I still don't understand why she would leave and not contact anyone, aside from when she contacted you. I don't see her being dumb enough to do that. Something's wrong." His mind was roaring with so many thoughts, it caused Mac a slight headache.

Erwen dipped his head in confirmation. "We believe something happened, after she left. But everything is still uncertain." Erwen looked over at Mac, like he was studying his expressions.

In an underground cave system, not far from Solaris, is an old, old school from a centuries ago. But, deep inside the school are secret rooms, perfectly hidden from even the highest-ranking magicians of Lennox's court. Within one of these hidden chambers, the grey corpse of an ancient ice dragon stirs, even the slightest causing a crinkling sound, as if someone were crushing a bag of ice.

"... You're early this time. What is it?

What's that? An army of the undead!? So there is another Necromancer in Lecra...

He'll survive. He always does. It is his destiny, the dead cannot stand in his way."

(*slightest movement)

Mac nodded. "Hmm.... Interesting."

Erwen lowered his head onto his paws. //I won't tell him more.//

"There's more, you say? Enlighten me, my dear."

The ice dragon suddenly slams his tail on the ground, furious.

"That same one from years ago!? But there's no way she could have survived!!

... I see, I see... we musn't let her gain too much of an influence over Aquilam. I, Fayveer, will not allow my work come to destruction at the hands of a dragonet.

Dispose of her however you will. Whatever you do, do NOT allow her to meet the puppet."

Fayveer then turns to a collection of various jewels, several of which are black Soul Gems.

"Soon, yes, soon... I will dispose of this old, rotting body, and a newer, powerful husk will be mine to wear...."

{As Scratch was pinning Nox down, an armored draugr grabs scratch by the wing stubs and flings him away. Another armored draugr lands on Nox an holds her in place while the last two land and get ready to fight Scratch. The Necromancer and his squad runs towards Nox and the other draugrs.}

As soon as she laid eyes on the draugr now above her, Noxaura began flailing and screaming. She lit her paws on fire and dug her claws into the draugr hoping for an escape.

(Ill stay on my ds for now.)

Scratch let out a shreik as he was thrown to the ground. With an outraged roar, he glared at his attackers, waiting to see what to do next.

{The armored draugr hits Nox a few times on the head with one of its metal guantlets before trying to bind her paws together with a chain. The Necromancer catches up and moves behind the draugrs to help with Nox.}"Take off the ring! That's the problem!"{Three of the armored draugrs approach Scratch, snarling at him menacingly.}

Noxaura turned her head towards the Necromancer and began growling. "I'd love to see you try, it shall not be removed unless I will it!" She thrashed around again, the pain in her head making her movements slow.

Scratch takes out his sharp daggers, pointing them at the Dragurs. "Come any closer and I'll cut your heads off, you undead freaks!" He felt intimidated, for he couldnt read their minds.

( @Lilly I did. I just haven't posted this yet.){The draugr commander leans close to Maldius.}"What was that? You want your Papy? Too bad! You killed him, remember?"( @Lilly if you want, that bird draugr from earlier can be Zygoren.)

(Ill wait a little longer for Scratch and the Dragurs to battle, but then I have to go to bed)

{The armored draugrs bring out weapons of their own and speak to Scratch.}"Keep your distance and you'll stay alive!"{The Necromancer grins at Nox.}"Well, you'd better start willing it.."{Pulls out a switchblade}"..unless you want to lose that finger!"

Noxaura hissed in pain as the ring began burning again. "I can't!" She growled and tried to shake the draugr off her. She kept her gaze on the Necromancer, her eyes full off fear and hate.

Maldius tenses up at the draugr's words. "... He... elp..." he begs, his voice still just barely audible. The purple dragon then lets out sharp cry and weakly thrashes about, seeming to be in agony from something besides the poison.

(Hmm... I don't think Zygoren will come around this time. :p )

{The Necromancer grabs a hold of her paw and brings up the knife.//I really don't want to do this. But I will if she can't control him. It's the only way to save her.//}"Really, Nox, you're going to let this crusty old king control you? What about the people you care about? Are you going to let this daedra take you from them forever? Fight him! Will this ring off of you and him out of your life!"{The armored draugrs stand around Scratch, ready to jump him if he makes a move.}

Noxaura sneered at the Necromancer's words. "You don't understand anything. You act all mighty but you're nothing!" She lit her paw on fire to try and make him let go.

{The draugr commander listens.}"Wow, you go about, terrorizing everyone, and when you're brought to your knees, you beg for help? That's not like you. That poison must've gone to your head. Hmmm, or perhaps....."

(Yeah, after the next response we should stop.)

{The Necromancer winces as the fire burns him through his gauntlet.//Welp, I tried. Sorry Nox, sorry Mac.// Gripping her paw tighter, he cuts the ringed finger off of her. Letting go with the finger in hand, he examines the ring.}
