Like I just really hate that when people are sad or upset or even feeling suicidal I just do not know how to make them feel somewhat better or even say something that might be kinda useful
I mean we all feel like that sometimes or even a lot and I completely understand that
Heck I do sometimes too
But I really do not know how to drop a word of validation or just tell someone how much they mean to me at all x-x
Like my closest friend could be upset and I do not know how to tell them how much they mean to me and how awful my life would be without them but I just can't put any of that into words and if I do it'd just sound so cliche and stupid and just agHHg
I sosososososo want to help but my mind doesn't think optimistically and its just so difficult for me to try to make someone feel better and I just get so upset that I can't so I in the end just have to ignore that and hope someone else can do it as pathetic as that sounds
So no it's not aimed at you
