i am legit dying now since i want flipnote for my 3Ds. i swear i'd do anything to get my hands on one dumb code. UGH. [not anything, but like LOADS upon LOADS of art]

i'm pretty sure you can. do you have a nintendo network id? if you do, you can make a My Nintendo acc, and then go under rewards, and it should give you a code. thats how I got mine

it'd be hard to get your hands on a code nowadays but I'm sure you'll find one if you look hard enough
